In this fast-paced world, it's easy to get consumed by your thinking. It easy to believe that the thoughts you are thinking represent who you are. But the truth is you are not your thoughts. You have the ability to become aware that you are thinking. This means you are the awareness behind your thinking. Therefore, you can observe your thoughts.
You can observe your thoughts during meditation, while in nature, or even just cooking. I remember listening to Eckhart Tolle speak about observing thoughts. When I added this practice into my daily life, I noticed how little my thoughts, feelings, and emotions had power over me. I chose to respond instead of reacting.
In this video, I demonstrate what observing your thoughts would look like and I also share what it means to separate yourself from your thoughts and how you will feel afterward.

My thoughts are so toxic. It literally convinces my body that smth is wrong with me, and like my head starts to hurt or i get dizzy and then i start thinking im going to die or smth, and its like i cant even see the thought, its like its invisible.

And i know its because im so identified with my ego, but how do i get out of it, cause when i try to be aware, i just cant see anything. And the sad thing is, at some point in the past, i had crazy awarness, i was seeing my thoughts so clearly, that i was arguing with them. The thought came, the fear came, and then i just said: no! But now, i just cant see them anyomore.

Once I stepped into my “I am” awareness and realized what was happening when i disengaged from my ego or detached from the illusion of the ego my ego manifested out my old story so quick to get me back in the same thought loop. I felt I was in a completely new state of my desire but yesterday was the first time I took on the just being aware of my thoughts. Not identifying with them, not reacting but really looking at what I’m thinking and once I did this I was able to spot the ego thoughts from the ones I’m consciously affirming. It made me realize that my awareness of the old ego thoughts was what was manifesting my life. It allowed me to understand that my ego was feeding me doubt and fear and taking on the awareness aspect allowed me to realize I’m in the knowing with my awareness because my ego is the one that throws doubts. It also showed me how many habitual thoughts from the ego I was having. I wasn’t sad or mad. It allowed me to resonate more with my affirmations and inner conversations more because that is the truth. Not my old identity. I’m allowing those old thoughts to dissolve instead of fighting them. I’m only observing them now.

It's more easy, especially when I meditate
I have this tendency to not do things in order.
So what you say in this video is to not interact with my thoughts, to not engage the conversation and not developing, extend the thoughts for understand something or for find a certain confort about how I can put sense to it, none of that. I just need to be aware of my mind, right ?

As I observe my thoughts, The knowing feeling starts celebrating and transform into, like what I can only label as new thoughts. I get frustrated because I don't want to comment about the observation. I would love to just watch. Period.
Watching this video helped me realize that at least I have achieved a very powerful part and I will be more patient and satisfied overall.

Hey, that's awesome! You don't need to comment. If just observing gets you in a flow state continue on. I commented in the video so everyone can get a good understanding of how to catch on to patterns and notice when the same thoughts continue to come back.
There are moments when I have dialogue and there are moments when I don't. It all depends on how I'm feeling at the moment.

However, I also had this sense of emptiness.
Sure, I got rid of the sadness and depression, but now I feel empty inside. There is no joy, or happiness, I feel like an empty shell.
furthermore, If I am not my thoughts, who am I?
I asked this question, and I honestly don't know the answer.
    there's this emptiness...
