I needed this so much, I'm 2 months into a break up. I was with him for 7 years and we planned our whole life together. I realized that we had outgrown eachother big time, communication was terrible and we just couldn't give eachother what we needed. We both were not serving eachother anymore and we bought out the worse in eachother. I decided to end the relationship for good the end of February. I then found out he was in a relationship by March. The heart break and pain is absolutely real, I've never felt anything like it. I can't wait to heal honestly 💔

Thank you for telling me there is no time limit. I am a little over 2 months since the breakup and I have worried that time is ticking and I need to be better by now. But I still have loss of appetite at times and I am still struggling with insomnia and anxiety attacks that feel like physical pain in my chest and stomach and throat. I am improving but it’s not happening fast. And I only dated the fella for 3 months but it was more of a connection than I have had with guys I was with for years or months longer.
