Really nice cover. Sadly, that is all we are left with as far as the Beatles go: sincere imitation. I remember when they were really a group and we would anxiously await the next new Beatles album because they were each different. I was 13 when the Beatles came out and 21 when they broke up in 71. So true, John. Getting together in someone's basement and listening over and over when each LP came out, because, just as you say, even then we could tell each was new and fresh in it's direction. Thanks for your kind words. All the best, Bob
'All we are left with'? They left a massive canon in their wake, mate! Very few bands of this quality last as long as they did. And if they do they practically never match their creative peak years. So pick up and rejoice in this wonderful music that endlessly fascinates us. And that you and I were so lucky to be alive as it broke into the world. ...just one other point: I do believe that their work will eventually come to be known as the peak of our human musical expression during it's time, I have a hard time drawing equations to classical composers. This is because classical composers wrote their stuff by themselves - not as a quartet (of quintet if George Martin is included). And they wrote for a fixed type of instrumentation - strings, brass, woods etc. The Beatles technical environment and its ability to create a near infinity of effects was not something the classics had no access to. Not that one is superior to the other - just different and should be noted.
I love that ending. Only The Beatles would end a song on that note, even though it was unintentional they could have changed it but chose to leave it in.
I don't know what I find more remarkable---that a group of twenty-somethings recorded one of the best albums ever committed to plastic, or that a group of sixty-somethings took it upon themselves to recreate the work of people forty years younger than they are now. Kudos, man.

They could probably have pulled it off with Billy Preston doing the keys and George Martin conducting strings and horns. The main problem would have been John's tendency to forget stuff and Paul's guitar parts - they'd probably pull Eric Clapton to help out. Billy and Eric could both sing, so the stacked harmonies would have been doable. Another problem, demonstrated by the bands I've seen covering this, is the impossibility of this pristine and perfect music being reproduced live. A live performance., even by the Beatles themselves, would only diminish this great work. It's nice to see other bands cover it, but the charm here is the fact that they try to cover it at all.

I'm concerned that there are 76 people that gave this band a thumbs down. They must be trolls, or have a tribute band that can't cut it. I watch these guys possibly once a year on You Tube. This is every Boomers dream ... Keep it coming guys ... Best from San Francisco.
Thanks, Cristophe. It was a lot of fun to try to learn the parts. At that time , the "deconstructed" isolated tracks were up and were a god send. Now, we still find it hard, given all the "knob twisting" , patch, pedal, vocal FX,volume and timing changes as we try to work thru the 16 minutes. Always bugger something up. We're hoping it's beneficial for our aging brains.
I've been a bit obsessed with this album a tad much, especially the Long One bit and you guys did it so good! You guys also put your own spin to it plus the fact that you continuously perform it is just a feat in itself. Love from the Philippines!
Congratulations on perfection. Your performance is incredible, perfect interpretation of one of the masterpieces of world rock. For a moment, when I closed my eyes, I was transported to 1969 in the Abbey Road studios. Beatles for ever. Regards from Florianópolis, South of Brazil.

С нетерпением жду Твой ответ☀
Благодарю Вас! Вы вернули мне воспоминания молодости ,любимое творчество великой группы,на творчестве которой я вырос
I'm concerned that there are 76 people that gave this band a thumbs down. They must be trolls, or have a tribute band that can't cut it. I watch these guys possibly once a year on You Tube. This is every Boomers dream ... Keep it coming guys ... Best from San Francisco.
Love it. Brings back memories. Makes me want to take my instruments back out of their dusty storage area.
+Dave Hockey Well, Dave , you should definitely do that. It would be fun to get together for that! Thanks for your kind remarks,
these old dudes rock
Amazing. Incredible Beatles cover. You're the best. Keep going. Thanks for that. ❤
Wow! One of those rare moments I can hear the bass run! Awesome band too! Don't stop now...
Thanks Sonny!
Great stuff... Must be so much fun to play with all the exact parts 👍
Gentlemen, take a bow .. that was outstanding !!
The crowd watching, love it that they were part of a historical moment in this crazy old world.
What an undertaking, well done. thanks
I don't think they are professional musicians. They play music just for fun. But their skills are amazing
Cuando nací en el 73' Los Beatles ya se habían separado...me encanta escucharlos!!!Gracias!!!
Great job, guys!
Fabulous! You played so good with taste and intensity. And rigourously faithful to the original sound! Grandiosi! Greetings from Italy.
Thanks Pierluigi. We very much appreciate your kind remarks. All the best,
I always remember you guys as the best Medley’s cover that i’ve heard.
Genius 's...if there is such a collective word for these boys..Brilliant!
Great ...I actually listened to this twice all the way through ...
And subscribed
Учись молодежь, хотя молодые и не знают кто такие Битлз. Редко кто перепевает битлов.Молодцы!!!

Wow! Outstanding ! Absolutely LOVED it !!
Really is like a Beatles show with all those guitar cables on the floor, lol!

Thanks, Appreciate your kind remark. All the best.
Thank you guys for your wonderful performance, recreating this complex and rarely performed masterpiece. Pure pleasure!!
Love it, at 3:30 AM. Great wake up! You guys ROCK.
that's the closest i've heard yet to the real deal and i've heard many beatle bands in my day. i guess it's true that older is better when it comes to making music..
Pat Brennan Thanks, Pat. Appreciate your comment. We feel lucky ,as friends, to still have the time to hack away at learning and playing this music together. All the best
WHY SETTLE FOR CLOSE . . . JUST LISTEN TO THE ORIGINAL RECORDINGS AS MADE BY THE BEATLES.
@@johnorabone6112 how about do both...no harm in that right?

❤️🇬🇧🎼🎤🎸🎸🎸🥁Great job, thanks for sharing👏🏼
I am learning piano at 61. I also grew up with the Beatles. I wish I could play music like you guys. Love you guys! Keep up the good work.
Thanks for your kind words. We appreciate it. I'm pleased to hear you're embarking on a new instrument. Keep it up. All the best,
And the baby boom generation marches on.
I enjoyed that
Hi, I'm a Brit from across the pond ,what a GREAT rendition, one hell of a lot of practice I should imagine, what a great group of musicians having an amazing time.
Bravo. You got me. Your love of the songs and your rendition of the songs touch me deeply.
two lefties?
That's correct, J.
It's amazing what they can do nowadays with special affects. 😉
I figured it was just mirrored. As a lefty, I always enjoyed the playing opposite of a righty as it looked cool when facing each other. this made my brain short circuit. that's really cool.
It wasn't mirrored as the "exit" sign at the left is not reversed...
They somehow found 2 lefties
fab 🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓🍓
It is not very often where I find that anyone does The Beatles justice and I must say that this is a very faithful rendition of this beautiful work of art. Thank you.
Thank you , Robert, for your kind remarks. Really appreciated .
Just a word WONDERFUL!!
why doesn't the drummer have a guitar too?
bs comment Nathan....
should've made everyone hold a guitar
and the guy with the tambourine
Because both hands and feet are all doing something different.
14:05 grampa still rockin
yes and better than many young kids!
Absolutely fantastic, loved every second of it!
Thanks, David. Appreciate it.
Fantastic rendition! You guys rule.
todo el lado B del Abbey Road, bien...tos
The Beatles have no B Sides!!!!
Brilliant. These guys are wonderful and then some!
Love that the little intricacies are included on all songs, that really makes the difference! Great job Floyd et al.
Hey Rob. Thanks .Really appreciate your comment!
