Half mile away is a shooting range(Ashe County Wildlife Club is a shooting range). This property is in good hearing distance of the noise created by the range. The HOA doesn't allow the use of guns but plenty of bang bang noise will be heard at this property. Woow Landio, really? You forgot to mention the shooting range.
Hey bud, bless your heart. If you're going to try to sell land, you might want to pronounce the name of the area properly. The second I heard you mispronounce Appalachian state wrong I cringed and no longer want to listen to you talk.
@LoftisforTreasurer - one fall afternoon in the mid 2000s, Sally Jewell, the current the CEO of REI, and future Secretary of the DOI, was at App state to give a speech. She opened with pronouncing Appalachian the same way this guy did. Ya know what happened? Immediately booed, and not just by a couple of students. by everyone including most staff. She apologized, corrected herself, and continued. They take that words pronunciation seriously.

@@LoftisforTreasurer - had to set the scene. But the staff did boo as well. But not like huge, and we all shared a laugh after. I forgot to add that in. It was all in good fun.
