How to Reset the Password on an Elite Security Recorder

If you forgot the password to your security recorder- there are a few ways you can attempt to recover it. If you’ve already tried and failed security questions and answers- you’ll need to reset the password entirely.
To do this you’ll need access to the Email address that was used to set up the security recorder. If you have that, simply follow the instructions found in this guide!
If you do not have access to the original email you’ll need to call into support. In order for us to work with a customer on a password reset issue- you will be required to provide identifying information as we can only work directly with the purchase account holder. That number is 866-573-8878.
