Did mine have the seal? I can't remember.. But personally I believe it's better to get a fresh seal. I don't think seals cost much and it's better to have a fresh one, less worry or headache if the used one should fail when re-used.
Sorry I don't know, the mechanic got them for me, you can refer to the Kawasaki parts manual for the year and model of your bike for the code, it's all listed there.
My chain and sprockets are almost end of life, running for 53,000 km already so I'm not surprised with the noise. A newer chain with the right tension and lube shouldn't be that loud.
Cush drives go back in nipples towards the sprocket carrier not towards the wheel, that's the way they were when he removed the sprocket carrier but he put them in the opposite way when re assembling 😉
My wheel hub doesnt come flush with the wheel, which results in unstable chain movement, tried so many times to make it sit properly but couldnt, any ideas ?
My guess is to find out why the hub is not flush with the wheel.. Something not right there should get it checked before you continue riding. Seems dangerous to ride in that condition.
@@thesighbored its like 2mm or 3mm which is not flush from one side, do you think its the hub casting manufacturing defualt ? I tried going around with a rubber hammer, removed all rubber bushings, i tried everything
wow..m7rr lasted around 14k km..mine different model,m5 interect last about 7500km,rear tyre, maybe i commute with my sister ...now im trying corsa r46 eventhough 4 commute
lol..even my r46 seem a bit worried because it look a bit square..nahh..soft compound, there is nothing to say...it does wear quickly..now rear tyre r46 r near 2k km mileage..but it give good response n grippy too..even at low price tho...recomended..just i never push when it rain..xmau cari pasal lah tgh ujan..hahaha
hi bro . i used to ride zx6r but now i sold it . and am planning to buy the new zx10r 2018 could u please tell me.. how reliable is the zx10r 2016 2018 !? is it a good bike with no issues and ?? I heard they have a recall for the transmission is it an issue on the transmission or ...?? thank u
I actually don't have experience with the ZX10R.. I suggest joining the ZX6R/ZX10R community and get better feedback from there. facebook.com/groups/238452912926040/
Hey sigh bored, im pretty interested in ninja 250r efi model from 2012 for only rm7k and i have no experience will sportbike before other than my scooter. How much will it cost for full overhaul of the engine since it have over 70k km already no valve clearence and timing chain change been done before. Also any important stuff i need to know ?
For mechanical advise and price quote, I can suggest for you to speak to 66SpeedBike or Blueprintgarage, they are in a better position to advise. At 70,000 km, during valve clearance they can see the condition of the timing chain and advise further. You can also check to see if the spark plugs are OK, as well as if the coolant needs changing, other things like fork condition, sprocket, chain, tires, etc. A big check list to go over.
and 4 da job,if it were me..i just check after da wheel r out...n if it ok i just clean up n grease it..including wheel spindle/axle...btw good job at blueprint garage
TheSighBored yes great hoops but bad lifespan... Lol.. of on a European trip where I will be doing around 4k miles so need something that lasts a bit longer...😂
You can look at Pirelli Rosso 3 (like what I use now) or Bridgestone S21, those are sport class still suitable for the HP4 use but definitely not as grippy as a Supercorsa.
Great video !
Thanks for viewing 😁
Very informative!
How did you insert the inner spacer KAWASAKI REAR WHEEL INNER HUB COLLAR SPACER 42036-1279?
He used the cylinder (pipe) like tool to knock it into place if not mistaken.
Hi sighbored,is it ok to re-use the oil seal? By the way, quality work by joe.
Which oil seal are you referring to?
TheSighBored on the rim spindle
Did mine have the seal? I can't remember.. But personally I believe it's better to get a fresh seal. I don't think seals cost much and it's better to have a fresh one, less worry or headache if the used one should fail when re-used.
TheSighBored your seal at 4:01 Joe removed it using the screwdriver.
Oh was not used anymore, because the aftermarket one already have the rubber seal within the bearing, the stock one was exposed.
Hi Bro,...what the part number/code of bearing? Thanks... 🙏

@@thesighbored ok, thanks
may i know where is this workshop, would like to visit, if anybody knows pls comment.thx for vidios
The workshop is located in USJ, you can search for @blueprintgarage on Facebook or Instagram to get the full address and contact details.
thanks for info.. i guess mine is ready for inspection (nearly 20k km)
It's easy to test if you have the paddock stands.
What did they clean the rear sprocket with in the sink thing? Looked like just some kind of degreaser soap and water mixture?
I'm not certain of the cleaner solution used but he usually uses it to clean engine parts and stuff..
It's literally called parts cleaner some shops use diesel
Is that normal that chain-noise? So loud ... thx for the video !
TheMatrixcube chain always sounds louder on the sprockets when run in reverse mate..
My chain and sprockets are almost end of life, running for 53,000 km already so I'm not surprised with the noise. A newer chain with the right tension and lube shouldn't be that loud.
Your chain last for 53k Km?? Wow...
Yes, the OEM ones are pretty good, but more importantly is maintaining proper tension and lube, the chain and sprocket life depends heavily on that.
Cush drives go back in nipples towards the sprocket carrier not towards the wheel, that's the way they were when he removed the sprocket carrier but he put them in the opposite way when re assembling 😉
Good catch 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 the mech actually corrected it later but I didn't record it after he disassembled it again.

Did you buy your bike brand new? Could it deformed due to impact? If it was defect from factory you can claim warranty
1. Where can i buy the bearing?
2. How much the price for changing the frt and rear bearing?
@blueprintgarage did it all for me, so I don't know where to buy the part.. You can PM to @blueprintgarage for price quote..
Sighbord boleh x u buat video pasal engine oil engile flush engine cleaner engine additive..apa kesan2nya.. tq sighbord
I think I covered some of those in the previous episodes for my Ninja at the workshop series, try to go through them and see.
TheSighBored ok sighbord i try cari😊 tq

Sometimes there is no visible issue with the bearing but when you do the spin test you can feel the roughness.
TheSighBored agree..u will hear annoying sound..rough sound..imagine it the ball bearing r out from the round case
Nobody ever shows the order of assembly for the little cylinder spacer things.
I never knew if there was an order to it, I'll check with the mechanic next time.
What ... 14k kilometres out a rear tyre...I run supercorsas and get 2500 miles max.... 200 rear section..hp4. switching to Bridgestone bt106 pro...
That's pretty much the average life of a Supercorsa.. The one I used it not the same category as a Supercorsa.

TheSighBored great my friend.. I will probably try the rosso 3 and see how I get on with those.. thanks for info mate..much appreciated...Roy
