Well done, good demonstration of how to diagnose. With things like the horn that isn't used a lot it's best to occasionally test it to check it's working so as not to discover this when you really need to use it. Many repairs, and servicing and maintenance, can just boil down to clean and lubricate, or cleaning in this instance.
I'm not sure you need a horn with the colour of that car. 😁
