    1. Login to the Security Admin Center
    2. Navigate to the Threat Management tab - Policy tab - Anti-Spam - Outbound spam filter policy - Edit Policy - Automatic forwarding
    3. Choose On - Forwarding is enabled
    Save and refresh the page.
