Last time I was this early, UA-cam still respected doll repainting artists.

I know I'm cynical this way but it was never really about respecting any of the YT influencers. It was about making money because YT is a business. At first it was a free-for-all with a lot of adolescents wailing covers of The Final Countdown and people going all shrieky and fascinated with "I'm a guy kissing a guy, watch me!" poorly-shot clips, then once real money was to be had and law suits were a thing (the latter always seems to follow the former) YT started cracking down. I'd love to think YT respected and cared for its influencers but literally you could be the cream of the crop, then stop losing views and literally the platform just cuts you loose. Sorry to be this way but it seems obvious. :( As for true artists like Maryna, she'll keep making dolls even if YT makes it seriously awful for everyone, she has so many platforms to sell on and her work is a true talent. All the rest who are dead weight will be cut as such...that's always been the way...YT is really, really mean. I have seen SO many influencers break down and cry here about how terrified they are of losing a following, I'll bet you all have too.

@@paulw252 So agree with the relaxation comment. Believe it or not, that's why I watch them too. Her amazing voice, the music, the rhthym of how she works, it's so soothing, LOL! I too love this channel and I do support it as best I can.

I disagree. I like seeing it in the thumbnail. I’d hate to watch a full like 20 minute video then not like the end result. Also similar to why I like spoilers in regular tv and movies, I like to know where somethings going to end up before watching how it got there. It makes me appreciate the process more and pay more attention to smaller details I might have missed otherwise.

Not all crafts are created equally! What Maryna does here is not for children to try.
They're also not toys after being transformed, nothing she does belongs on the kids app. I really hope this ends up being unnecessary, but it probably isn't.
She is using materials kids should definitely not be playing with without supervision.
You should turn a lol surprise doll into a character from South Park because the proportions are very similar and South Park is definitely not for children

Yes! I think it’s the little bird neck that really does it. The doll has a defined chin/jaw/neck start point which Marge doesn’t have. After her lower lip it’s a straight line down.
For the first half, marge looked like my sleep paralysis demon 😂

Wow! I don't know why, but so much about this doll made me think of Tim Burton and spooky claymation like Coraline, I think those would be some cool subjects. A Corpse Bride for Halloween would be so cool!

maybe a Louise from Bob's Burgers? she's one of my fav. ever characters, alongside Marge
For animations with more mature characters, I would suggest looking also at Japanese animations such as Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell or Samurai Champloo. They aren't your typical anime and are definitely for teens and adults.
Another interesting topic could be gods and goddesses from different pantheons all over the world. You could even put them in a more modern setting like you are doing with your zodiac dolls.
Also interesting historical figures, scientists, artists etc. Never saw a Salvador Dali doll done, and if anyone would make an interesting doll, it's him. :D
