Thanks for the review. I own the nextgen Scrambler Nightshift and just came back from a long ride (5-different countries) within Europe. There is less heat from the engine due to the exhaust that has a slightly differrent way to the end pipe. You also forget to mention the automatic switch on/off of the turnsignals and headlight (from DRL to headlight and back depending of the light) due to the sensors on the Ducati. This nextgen is a massive upgrade to the previous. I installed the quickshifter and heated grips from Ducati and ads more fun and comfort😊. I came from a Monster 821 and the Scrambler is just a faremore fun bike and has all the power (and more) you need. I’ve been receiving ‘ thumsup’ every day of the overall look of the Nightshift🇵🇭✌🏼
I wish they didn't sacrifice the brusko and classic looks of the first one over this. Tech wise shempre gen2 but gen1 hits differently! Good review sir!
Yes, I agree.. As looks go, the 19 model was the most beautiful so far.. Only my opinion of course, but I would gladly own the new model for its upgrades.
It’s unbelievable how Brazil is one of the largest markets in the world and Ducati simply ignores it for the new Scrambler, making life that easy for Triumph and BMW in the premium segment.
You had mentioned this bike could be a great beginner bike, but how about for a first time rider?(me) w/ taking two extensive motorcycle riding classes would you still recommend it even being a 800 cc?
But the price of this bike is same as Triumph speed twin 1200 so I'm bit confused to buy between them both cause speed twin got 112 tourqe and 98 hp in same price in my country ( India) and almost doubled in power than nightshift
i have the exact same bike but i disagree with the heat. its hella hot and its directly on your thighs. esp when ur stuck in a red light it gets hot as hell...dont think i will be able to ride this during hot humid summer...
RNineT would be its direct competitor. I've been thinking between the two bikes, tried them both, RNineT would be better to convert to cafe racer. But scrambler is a lighter bike overall, I came from bunch of sports bikes and I felt like scrabler's weight is the maximum I'd compromise, a heavy tank like RNineT is nono for me personally.
The most annoying part of this video was how many times we heard the term cafe racer for a Scrambler when they are nothing alike. If you think they are, than you know far too little about retro bikes. There’s no clip-ons, there’s no solo hump seat, there’s no rearsets. Not a cafe racer in the least. Cafe racer style bikes aren’t scramblers. Scrambler style bikes aren’t cafe racers.
Damn it looks so good. Pinoy riders will still wear their neon-colored riding jerseys full of logos and shit with this bike lol no sense of style whatsoever
the nightshift is the only good one. the rest of the variants look like shit. they look too plasticky with those plastic bits that they added. i mean wtf. they cheapened the whole thing.
Motorcycles in the Philippines are actually more expensive than in Europe and the U.S. yet there are currently 6 Ducati dealerships around the country, and sales are healthy. Yes the Philippines is poor and yes our currency is not of high value, but like many developing countries around the world, there are still many people who can afford luxury items.
I own this bike, it’s stunning in person and fun to ride. I get compliments every time I’m out 👍🏽
Sir how about d oil filter sa ilalim, isn't it annoying?
@@amazingone-il6ty what about it?! Sorry, I’m not understanding the question
@@jtbigbear3158 sir the oil filter under the belly, isnt it accident prone?
but regarding the high warm ??
Do you feel the 803 is adequate or do you wish you had the 1100? I’m between the two right now.
Best Ducati Scrambler review and overview I’ve seen anywhere. 💪🏼
I love this guys reviews, and not only because he is as tall (short) as me, so I can tell what bikes I'd be able to flat-foot on.
Height??
@@pratiklshah6293 No, cock size. What do you think?
it's technically not about the height, instead it should be measured by the inseam. Jinno Rufino's inseam is 768mm I think@@pratiklshah6293
@@pratiklshah6293he is 5 foot 6. Typical asean height

Sir how about the oil filter, d ba delicado? ❤❤❤
12:55 - Balls of steel between the SUV and the concrete barrier!
I had the original 450 Ducati scrambler from 1970 in the 80´s, loved it, many heads turn in streets even on those time 😉✌🏼
I'm drooling over this motorcycle. Thanks for the review!
Got a Scrambler 2023 Icon last week. Awaiting the clear, lien free title. It is ALL MINE
Great review I’m in the Uk. Funny you mentioned the Triumph at the end I’m trying to decide between the Ducati and the Triumph scrambler 900.
Triumph will be cheaper if anything breaks
Damn! This is the best scrambler bike I have ever seen.
Kills me they killed the desert sled. May they bring her back. Great review.
They didn't...
beautiful bike, your review is amazing. I just can't get over that air cool engine...
I wish they didn't sacrifice the brusko and classic looks of the first one over this. Tech wise shempre gen2 but gen1 hits differently! Good review sir!

Gorgeous bike! Thanks for the review, Jinno!
I like your review man, hoping you can review Motomorini Seiemmezzo STR next thanks!
Great vid, do they make a bottom plate to protect the oil filter? Have you taken it semi offroad on like mountains, beach or province areas
It’s unbelievable how Brazil is one of the largest markets in the world and Ducati simply ignores it for the new Scrambler, making life that easy for Triumph and BMW in the premium segment.
Are there any modifications that can be done to reduce the heat on these types of bikes
Triumph Speed Twin 900 would be a direct competitor 👌👌👌
HAVE A STREET TWIN; VERY NICE.COMFY BUT LONGER WOUILD BE BETTER FOR PASSENGER
is this good idea for touring long distance?
is this the best successor of the ducati sport 1000? i wanted that bie but it was discontinued in 2009
Older nightshift still looks way better
was that a custom made exhaust as the catalytic convertor on most icons are massive, is this an after market option?.......
Is this the same exhaust that comes with the full throttle or is it the upgraded one that deletes the catalytic converter?
regarding heat Ur seat its may be high heat ???
Nice bike, really love the color!😎
Tube or tubeless tyres?
Nice dive watch jinno what watch is that?
the seat isn't as wide is it?
You had mentioned this bike could be a great beginner bike, but how about for a first time rider?(me) w/ taking two extensive motorcycle riding classes would you still recommend it even being a 800 cc?
The first bike I rode over 150cc was a ducati scrambler icon…. It’s manageable
Dont know if I just missed it but what was the fuel consumption? 🤔
because of no liquids cooler its too warm and will heayted Ur legs its troo if so are U advice to get a one or stopped ?
I have a scrambler it’s much better in real life and one of the most fun bikes I’ve ridden and I’ve ridden a lot
From Svartpilen, to Triumph T120, to Kawasaki Z650, to Royal Enfield Meteor 650 to this! damn parang eto na ata ang final answer ko lol
this is so me!
Cant wait to see you revieuw the new street tripple
DOES IT HAVE REAR RAILS TO ADD A STAND FOR A BOX,BAG, LUGGAGE
Ducati please bring back the black and yellow full throttle!
Incredible reviews. Bw from uk

ARE THE PASSENGER PEGS OUTSIDE THE EXHAUST TO HAVE THEM LOWER ?
Boss cnu gumawa exhaust nyan? Ship ba kayo US?😊
Napansin ko lang, bakit baligtad yata yun treads ng front wheel compared sa rear wheel. Or mali lang talaga yun pag kakalagay?
Great work
Please do a Honda CL500 review too!
Closest rival in terms of looks is the triumph speed twin 900
I think the whole line of triumph scramblers look better than the entire line of Ducati
Awesome review thanks bro
is this not the 2022 one?
So whats the price here in the statesy$$$
Man….i like the bike but that oil filter……. The roads suck where I live
This dude is the first Flip that is not obnoxious.
i'm 5'4" can i ride it?
Whats ur height?
How much
caco needed about 700 mm seat height 7:38 hahahahhahaah shots fired by jino
In my opinion, the 2021 model is just better looking. Nothing beats that dark grey and “double” exhaust

I’m on the ‘21 Nightshift in Texas, 105 degrees out. It’s brutal man.
maybe the cfmoto clx700heritage would be a cheaper competitor for this
I prefer the original 1st gen nightshift. Gunmetal color, fenders, and seat are better.
Present Sir 🙋
beautiful bike. ticks all the boxes for me.
Yes it does
The loose handle is for safety

Looks coool
WHY DID THEY DO A 800 VS 900 IN LINE WITH TRIUMPS SPEED TWIN; ETC.
Dream bike 😭🫶🏻
OVERPRICED like all bikes since after 2019.. one big question though.. did they put in automatic canceling turn signals?

Speak for yourself!!! No one is sick of cafe racers!!
I guess you didn’t comprehend what I said, I said I still love Cafe Racers
@@JRUF40 so, who are those getting sick of cafe racers?
I am
Actually thats a scrambler hahaha
Why are you so offended lmao
Now why woukd there be a Ducati dealer in the philippines?? The country is super poor the peso is worthless
