Hell is the KJV's word for the GRAVE. All who die end up in this hell. Even Jesus did when he died. Hell is a state of non-existence. Only a resurrection can bring the person in hell back into existence. Persons who do not exist cannot feel anything. Ecclesiastes 9:5,10.
Mark 12:41-44 The poor widow's name is not known. That does not mean that her name is not in the book of life. The betrayer's name is known, that does not include him in the book of life

The rich man has no name because his name is not in the book of life. He is not part of the 1.resurrection
