I had a conversation with my mom Christmas night telling her, as fun as Christmas was as a child, feeling all of the excitement and anticipation, I've always thought it was so much more fun as a parent. Getting to create all that magic for your children all month long. Getting to see the excitement, wonder and joy on their faces. It was sincerely the funnest part of getting to be a parent. Seasons change and our children grow up, but you never forget how it felt and how wonderful it was to have the privledge of getting to experience that time.
When I was little, I couldn't understand how Santa wasn't bigger...as he had to eat cookies and milk at every house in the world...not ti mention all the carrots thr reindeer ate at every stop.😅
