I have been taking N.A.C. for my lungs. I have emphysema and C.O.P.D. l was also treated with radiation for lung cancer, and suffered damage and scaring to my lungs. I'm 74. I was on supplemental oxygen and could only walk 30 feet without getting out of breath. After 10 weeks taking 1200 milligrams of N.A.C. daily, I can walk a half mile. I only use oxygen at night now. I'm pretty amazed at this major improvement! N.A.C. has been used by doctors since the sixties, and many doctors treated covid useing it along with other treatment.

I find taking Glycine WITH the N.A.C enhances the result. I take 1 gram of both mixed, the Glycine is sweet so offsets the sour N.A.C too. 1/2 hour before breakfast.
