Habit 1: Wake up early Habit 2: Sit in silence (tune into yourself and how you are grateful) Habit 3: Journal (write down who you want to be today) Habit 4: Practice gratitude (think of 5 things you are grateful for) Habit 5: Listen to something that inspires you.
As a Brave Thinker, I was inspired by this and have practiced it for 6 months. The results are have been amazing! I can say that I am successful in all 4 quadrants and that I LOVE MY LIFE!
I wake up at 5-5:00am, I pray and read I live one day at a time, I make a list , gym, at night I make a list of gratitude . I am in a 12 step program for 16 years now.
I'm gonna listen to YOU for the next 7 days! I'm gonna shift my vibration and catch up with all my good. Like Calico Jack, I'm gonna arrive at Pink Sands beach! I love you, Mary! You're a right on woman. Keep on truckin'!

My reverand asked me to do a gratitude journal before bed every night. Also, I started asking myself, who do I want to be today? I am blown away by the similarities of Ms. Morrissey's suggestions to my own instincts. The only thing left to do is to listen to her more often for inspiration. :)

Taking time every morning to 1) reflect on the person that i want to be; 2) journal that that reflection, finishing with 3) Five things to be grateful for. I expect these habits will give me even more value and satisfy in my limited life that will lead to BETTER SELF CARE and healthier daily decisions (particularly to not.drink alcohol).
I wrote them down all five things I'm going to start practicing one every day and then two or three every day and then for every day and probably every day I'm going to do it. Thank you

Hi Mary, I started watching your webinars back in 2016, I believe, maybe even before that. Then I wasn't in the position or the correct mindset for self-betterment; I was still dealing with the narcissistic I married. Then I busied myself with ignoring and denying any laying effects from the relationship. Well, as always, God places me in situations to help others with the same or similar issues. I went on a five year journey, not on purpose, I'm just a bit stubborn, in which God placed people in my life that I helped and who helped me too. Most of them don't even know they helped me. I finally realized that I hadn't dealt with the left over emotions snuff feelings from my marriage, and while on my journey, I realized there were lingering issues from my childhood too. Now that I know enough of what caused my beliefs, I find Mindvalley and Mind Movies almost in every search. I have been watching webinar after webinar to learn whose method reaches me the best. I have also been researching on UA-cam and like several channels there as well. I'm ready to take your 7-day challenge and will implement all 5 into becoming my morning routine. I'm off to watch what you suggest for the evening. Thank you!
Gratitude - I mean to do it every day and do it randomly. I know it works. So gratitude ... and hopefully it will also somewhere along the line manifest better relationships and a better relationship with money!

I am committing to getting up earlier over the next 7 days. I will have the outline of my morning routine and the plans for the day written down to be guided by.
I will have more. Clarity and focus for the day by doing this daily. I've already started doing certain. Like the gratitude and stuff like that but I'm gonna try to journal in the. Then write that down
I practice these things, but I do my gratitude at night and I don’t have a set time for listening to inspirational talks. For the next 7 days I will try them in the AM AND I will try a “to BE” list or word as well. Thank you.

Morning meditation. It contains all of the 5 spontaneously. When you practice Sahaja yoga meditation about 15 minutes morning and evening, that complete your 24 hours. More power and thanks.
I want to show up to my life I want to expand elevate I want to grow to love and meet people where they’re at not where I feel they should be at I am going to do this practice and give it an effort for the seven days where are my life will change and grow and I thank you for sharing and loving people where they’re at
I was so proud to say I have Incorporated all of the above in the past year. I laughed when you said your friend was at the monastery in traffic. Because I did that yesterday and didn't stress myself out over it. Thank you for all your knowledge and keep sharing Mary!
Great Mary I was blessed listening for the first time. Highly Appreciated for your inspiring thoughts you share for the benefits of many. I have been working for more than 32 years in Hydro power planning and Construction. Definitely I will try to start writing something specific areas of my profession for the benefits of others as well. Thanks once again.

I think the second habit is important to me. Sitting in silence is difficult for me but I think extremely important so that one can hear your own inner thoughts that come up AND so that you can hear the thoughts from your own higher source. This is the one I will practice.
I am grateful to you Mary to remind me that all these actions I have been taking for a very long time and my results..well...as Bob Proctor says, you can always tell what's going outside as to what's going on inside. And the results are massive! Celebrate you because your message is powerful and thank you!!
I’d like to match my attention with my intention. I’d like to just do what needs to be done, without being afraid I need to do something else instead. I want to be physically healthy. Right now, I’m going through a breast cancer, and financial support scare. I want to be truly brave and courageous today.
