Habit 1: Wake up early
Habit 2: Sit in silence (tune into yourself and how you are grateful)
Habit 3: Journal (write down who you want to be today)
Habit 4: Practice gratitude (think of 5 things you are grateful for)
Habit 5: Listen to something that inspires you.

As a Brave Thinker, I was inspired by this and have practiced it for 6 months. The results are have been amazing! I can say that I am successful in all 4 quadrants and that I LOVE MY LIFE!

After a long period of unhappiness, I was already journaling when I would be unhappy. At some point, I started getting up earlier every day. Then I went to talk with my reverand. My reverand asked me to do a gratitude journal before bed every night. Also, I started asking myself, who do I want to be today? I am blown away by the similarities of Ms. Morrissey's suggestions to my own instincts. The only thing left to do is to listen to her more often for inspiration. :)
Gratitude is one I would incorporate and i want every day to be filled with a high vibration and frequency.

I practice these things, but I do my gratitude at night and I don’t have a set time for listening to inspirational talks. For the next 7 days I will try them in the AM AND I will try a “to BE” list or word as well. Thank you.

Taking time every morning to 1) reflect on the person that i want to be; 2) journal that that reflection, finishing with 3) Five things to be grateful for. I expect these habits will give me even more value and satisfy in my limited life that will lead to BETTER SELF CARE and healthier daily decisions (particularly to not.drink alcohol).
