Opening remarks from Senator Jason Brodeur and Florida Wildlife Corridor Foundation CEO, Mallory Dimmitt.
The Florida Wildlife Corridor spans approximately 18 million acres of contiguous open space, more than 40% of the state. This land is home to Florida’s wildlife and wild places, and is vital to the state’s agriculture, tourism, recreation, and more. As the fastest growing state in the U.S., it is imperative that we work collaboratively to ensure win-win solutions for economy and ecology.
