Im starting my beard journey so far its been about 2 weeks got my first trim. So im wondering how long should i go between beard trims. I would like to see if my cheekline can go a bit higher
Also when i get a line up or cut the hair on my head...what should i tell my barber..just leave the beard alone? Cause i would like to still look kept whilr trying to grow it.

Hey King Bril, anyway I can ask you a question please? I’m just starting out with hair growth journey and i been getting my hair braided (cornrows) for the past 3 months, anything I can do stop the bumps I been getting on my neck where my hang time is?
tension bumps maybe bro? 1 wash your neck one, 2 give cornrows a break if your braider is having to pull too tight on our hair 3 oil the scalp 4 seek professional help

I need your help I heard if you keep a protective style for 1 or 2 months your hair will be long I seen people do it with braids I was thinking about trying it. right now I have braids it in the video that on my channel
nah its its not gonna make it grow crazy long but will stop you hair from breaking so you can keep all the growth that your hair did make.
Love the tips and all bro but some stuff is a no go. Pony tails for “professionalism” will only thin out the hair guaranteed. I had to do it. Took over a year to grow the sides back. Causes too much tension. Sometimes leaving them be is best

I used to wear tight durags which cut my blood circulation off so now the front of my hair is thinning. Been moisturizing and using oil but it’s not going back to normal. Anyone got any advice

i wanna grow my hair out, but i cant use protective styles cuz my hair isn't long enough and my parents wont let me rock coils ! i have 3b hair and my hair goes all the way down to my nose and my sides aren't long. what can i do to protect my hair and keep it growing?
I'd say just do the curly hiar method and get your hair trimmed every 3 months. dont get a ton cut off but go to the barbehsop and get that perfect afro. That'll ensure you gettin rid of split ends. Out side of that the benefit of having shroter hair is your can deep condition every week which in my opinion is better than protective styles.
The issue is once your hair gets longer, deep conditioning can take HOURS so most people just opt to give their hair more protection. Its like deep condtioning is the gym and style are the diet. If you hitting the gym you cna be looser with the diet but if you not lifting as much you gotta lock in with your diet
