Hi Rob thank you for this episode! I would like to know how to deal with a friend who talks to much, never stops and repeat herself many many many times in a short period of time. Is like saying the same thing in different way . Sometimes I’m not in the mood to hear that and I wish just to stop talking . Thank you

Hey Patricia - have you sat down with this friend and had a conversation about it at all?

So what if your in a heated situation with a co-worker and they yell at you and you walk away without responding and they go to your boss and make a complaint and they are obviously in the wrong but they never apologize?

Rob, my question for you is how do can I foster breaking the cycle? We don't seem to get to the place where we can rationally focus on the solutions. Can this be a topic you cover? We disagree, take offense, blow up or storm out and don't trust the other to have a good conversation. He is an avoidant and I have become more and more agressive. Please help.
