i don’t think the red light is necessarily evil, it seems more neutral. it helps entities like seek, but doesn’t have a clear goal of destroying the player. because if it would’ve, then it could’ve easily done it already. since the red light is very powerful, can shape floors however it wants, and can out power guiding light. i find it really strange how the red light blocks the rooms instead of curious light. this probably means that the red light isn’t strong enough to modify the subfloors, since modifiers on the backdoor are disabled when you try to enable them there. i also think the red light is always present in normal floors, but never appears or interacts with the player. like it’s watching us.

I think its mischievous light because he/she is in the entity side, so he/she knows their name, i dont think its guiding light because we cant see his presence in backdoors, its possible that gui light doesnt even know that subfloors exist

The more modifiers added, the larger the mischievous light symbol becomes and the smaller the guiding light moon becomes. At around 193% modifiers, teg guiding light symbol is nowhere to be seen.
personally i do not think mischievous light is evil. my theory is that each light made certain aspects of the hotel. guiding light created the main aspects, curious light made the fine details and subfloors, and mischievous light made the entities. i like to think that their point of view is more-so on protecting the entities they worked so hard on rather than helping them kill us.
