Gotta love how the parents of Craig know he consistently gets moved from areas due to his behaviour and yet continue to keep moving rather than seeking help, I know it’s just a story but I can imagine actual parents doing this all the time…
And as for the Teacher in #3, he needs a good shakeup for not noticing a new and unregistered Student in his class, especially given that this "Chester" somehow knew the guy's name. In fact, the minute he asked to go to the Bathroom, I'd have said "Sorry, I don't think we've met, are you a new Student?" Five minutes of awkward bluff later and "Chester" would be getting a transfer to the Tuition Room at the County Correctional Facility for "Criminal Trespass with Malicious Intent"!
I love how Chester apparently didn't go to the school, and yet the English teacher didn't say anything about some random kid who doesn't go to the school being in his class.
It is odd and it reminds me of a teacher back in my old high school who let just anybody be in his classroom whether they were a student of his or not. I think he honestly just stopped caring
I was ending 8th grade when the first high school video came out and now I’m about to finish high school when this one came out. These videos are a perfect time capsule.

I always like how Mr. Nightmare edits the pics according to the stories, so we can get more immersed in the story and have a good mental image. Greetings from Costa Rica!

Anxiety is a terrible burden. I Appreciate this guy for being friendly to Craig and even giving enough acknowledgment to the aspect that it was the man's first day in a new high school. 💐🏆 I absolutely HATE how befriending someone randomly is mostly concluded by them being a "crazy person". It's nauseating. Not all people are like that. Damn shame.
Agree with your overall point, but in Craig's case, he was definitely a "crazy person". He didn't understand boundaries or social cues at all, and was very stalkerish to say the least. Also, the fact that his reaction to someone calling him out on his weird behavior is to try and break into their house is yet another red flag.
@@rigobertogallardo9850 the point wasn't that the kid wound up having issues but that these are the only types of encounters we hear about. It reinforces the notion that being unwilling to interact with new people is virtuous and wise.

@@TH-hy9kr yeah your alleged anecdotal evidence proves nothing. More than 1,000 high school students in the U.S. were asked about their connectedness to their peers, teachers and staff members. Here are the main findings: Nearly half of students feel they don’t belong 51% of respondents feel a sense of belonging at their schools compared to 81% of college students. 52% of respondents are comfortable being themselves at school compared to 83% of college students. 56% of respondents feel their school experience is satisfactory compared to 86% of college students. One key element that could help students feel welcome is to foster a supportive student-teacher relationship. In the current state of education, findings show: Only 32% feel comfortable enough to talk to a teacher about a personal issue. 39% of students are confident their teacher would be sensitive to their issues. Just half of students feel comfortable reaching out to their teacher outside of the classroom. Public school students report the lowest levels of belonging (48%). Students who participate in free or reduced-price lunches report a lower sense of belonging compared to those who don’t (49% vs. 58%). Females report a lower sense of belonging than males (50% vs. 58%). Students who swapped high schools after ninth grade report a lower sense of belonging (40%). Sense of belonging = more graduates Students who report high levels of belonging are more likely to: Feel thankful for their schools (83% vs. 32%). Feel their experience is satisfactory (79% vs. 31%). Commit to graduate (93% vs. 84%). Recommend their current school to others (31% vs. 5%).
Yup. I can imagine HS Reunions would be just as bad. I wonder if they still do them? I never hear of anyone talking about them anymore. I am not on FB and have no social media to my own name, but I would think with sites like FB, it would be easier for reunion committees to track people down. The interest in reunions must be gone. If so, I can't say I blame anyone. If we had any friends from that time that we genuinely liked as people, at least in my case, I stayed in touch with them. For me, that was only one person. No need for a reunion. I doubt I am alone in that. Doesn't seem like many others remember that time fondly either.
@@randomentertainment2890 Lol I'm bout to graduate from senior year. This year was hell to me beacause of pre calc. But other than that and AP ELA, things went ok.
I attended HS in the USA, graduated in 1986. After communism fell in Czechoslovakia I was able to go back, and got to relive my HS days again by being a teacher. Big difference. I never seen a fight between students in CZ, but they were an almost daily thing in the USA. Plus the whole Pledge-of-Allegience and flags-all-over-the-place brainwashing is absent from Czech schools. The USA is a CULT, and a very dangerous one at that.
The first story gave me the chills especially since I didnt realize that the first night and the next summer were the same story until I heard “maybe what JJ and I saw that night and this were connected”

That Craig story is a little chilling… even people who seem normal sometimes aren’t. That kid desperately need therapy. And if that can’t help send him to a mental asylum. If he stays that way for the rest of his life with no help… he will undoubtedly become like the many dangerous criminals and adults today.

Also, the snap accounts... like how did he know he blocked him on snapchat if he hasn't added him back? Or how did he create so many accounts that fast? Also, how didn't the teacher ask him who he is if there were only 9 of them in class? It still was a decent story tho, even if it's not true.
High School is enough of a horror story in itself without this crazy stuff. Glad I have been out of it for over 30 years. What might be cool is a "high school reunion horror stories" video. Especially since just the thought of going to a reunion is disturbing enough.
I never get tired of these uploads- that second story gave me chills. It reminds me of a stalker I had who used to borderline harass me when I went to visit my dad since she could see his house from her window
Mr Nightmare is the goat for finding all these stories, constantly uploading and saying things in such detail just for our fun and amazing entertainment. Thankyou for these years Mr Nightmare. Certainly gave me nightmares
These school stories are some of the best, including my personal favorites of lockdowns, fire alarms and stuff at college. Thanks so much for all the entertainment over the years!
My favorite are the summertime ones. I specific remember one about people being in a pool late at night and a man watching. I think it might have been my first Mr Nightmare video
@@wyldegi Oh yeah for sure! I also really liked this one story about a guy driving with his girlfriend to meet her parents, but I can’t remember what video or topic it belonged to. Maybe I’ll find it eventually…
@@PunmasterSTP Same! It’s also nice that the format hasn’t really changed so all the old videos are timeless. I might binge a few right now to be honest
The most disturbing thing that happened in my highschool was when someone let off fireworks and smoke bombs inside the halls during the time when the halls were full of students on their way to the next lesson.
I've always found it so funny when intruders are immediately deterred by homeowners calling the police, do they just never assume that's what the homeowners will do
For once scary school stories that where every single story isn’t about a lock down. This is why I love Mr Nightmare. He always has the best content and stays original. Keep up the great work dude!
@@tarekjones6551 I wasn't saying he wrote them. I am saying he PICKED great stories to read. He has great content because he chooses original stuff. It's not the same 3 stories over and over again.
Story 2: Craig was a weirdo, but I felt sorry for him. People like him who have nobody because they’re just generally odd, you have to feel sorry for them. Hopefully he gets help 😭
I don’t lol with how unhinged and invasive he acts yeah it’s no wonder why he doesn’t have friends. I do hope he gets the help he needs but as he is he’s still dangerous.
Can we just take a minute to appreciate how Mr. Nightmare takes stories people send him and convert them into a full-on suspenseful movie in our heads with sound effects and shit. Good job, man!
@@eradict He most likely edits these himself, anyone needing an editor for this content is either lazy or has poor time management especially with the pace in which he releases these
Second story is a near carbon copy of a guy I met my sophomore year of high school. Tried to be nice to the quiet new kid nobody wanted to talk to but the guy was a crazy stalker who talked about hurting people all the time. He disappeared after one semester. Certainly learned to be more cautious after that
it's crazy how fast time flies, but I first watched you during high school, during some of the most difficult time in my life and waiting each week for your videos was the most comforting thing ever, you have helped so many more people than you realise, love you mr. nightmare
i just wanna say thank you mr nightmare . ive been listening/watching your videos for the past 5 years and it has always been my favorite content on youtube. your videos are perfect for road trips and playing for background listening when doing other tasks, and it gives my mind something to focus on!! i love your content and thank you so much for consistently uploading, forever watching🤍
For the third story, I find it very hard to believe that some kid was able to sneak into a school and no one even recognizes him. Not even the teachers. Were there no attendance??
I just feel bad for Craig. Other than the very end where he goes back to his house he seems just like a socially awkward dude. Someone was friendly to him on his first day and probably felt safe around OP. He just wants to be accepted, but doesn’t fully understand social cues and has a weird sense of humour. He doesn’t seem like a bad guy at all
Yeah, but he also had a dark sense of humor. I'm socially awkward as well, but you don't see being THAT weird and twisted, especially to somebody I just met.
antisocial is very different from a weirdo. becomes especially obvious from your peers around you. I was antisocial at a point in my life and decided to ask my peers and friends if it was weird. They straight up told me they can see that I am antisocial but they dont get any weird-ness from me and thus dont mind hanging out around me. They then told me who they do get the weird vibe from and quietly pointed towards a kid which I also had a "he's nice but..." vibes from. Thats when i realized the difference between a person who wants to be alone vs a person who simply cannot fit in
I was bullied in high school. That is my story. I grew up, ended up on anti depressants all my life and never got to properly heal from it. No teacher helped me. Everyone was against me. That was horror. My high school bully became a therapist who help children get through life after seeing her in a youth meeting. She did not see me. I was afraid of seeing her. While I, can barely work a full time job due to the weight gain, tiredness that these pills have done to be since I was bullied at 14. It never ever got out of my mind and I am in my 30s. Some days ate better than others. It damaged me for life. Girls can be cruel toward each other
I relate to you as well but now being 23 I'm on abilify and it's been helpful somewhat for me. I just figured what was best for me and I rather not be social and have any new friends and I'm ok with that. High school was hell as well, having no friends or anyone to connect with.
Mr. Nightmare is still the GOAT of these narrations, and there's a lot i respect alot. I get a notification, get to it 10 min later and its at 15-20k views. That's crazy, but I certainly think deserving. Wish I could have the money he's made doing this. Props to him
Let me just say that I've watched every single video on this channel, mr nightmare never ceases to impress me because every video He makes is based on real events. I come from North Africa and I have listened to him narrate stories from Saudi Arabia from Asia all sort of things and that just keeps the things more alive you know? even ads when he integrated them into his videos they always scary and horror stuff really from the bottom of my heart I support you 100% and I hope that you keep making good videos. P.s: I'd you ever wanted arabic subtitles that is authentic and accurate to your video just let me know. Free ofcourse:)
Your channel is so much better than every other horror channel's because of your sound effects and music. You put so much effort into these and it pays off, 110%
Maybe share some stories where the original stalker ended up being the stalked and extremely creeped out by their original intended victim to the point of having to obtain a restraining order. 😂 I'd love to hear some.
Actually…. I believe I heard a revenge story that did do this. Female that was physically assaulted at a convenience store by an employee presumably for SA but she got away, no good camera angles for proof, got her boyfriend to randomly come in to “meet her friend” and stare at the guy with a big smile and she would go in and chat all friendly like, momentarily turning psycho when he would tell her to leave, then go back to being friendly. Once stated at him and then just leaned over the counter, opened her mouth, and dropped loose change that she was holding in her mouth out! I need to find that post again.
Mr. Nightmare is one of the only youtubers that still reads his comments and listens to his fans, he hasnt changed due to clout, only his quality did. This is why he is one of the best youtubers
Been watching this guys since middle school and tbh Mr nightmares channel really sparked my interest in horror based stories, ghost and paranormal channels. You’re a real one.
It’s pathetic and inappropriate, not sad. He chose to be a POS and not do any of his work. There’s no reason for a 19 year old adult to be in a school with underage kids. He should’ve been failed and kicked out. He chose to fail
@@Tuco_Salamanca3he never said why he was held back. I was held back a year for being absent to much because I was sick. It’s not always just picking to fail you hypocrite

Say I just wanted to let you know how cool your videos are. Its honestly very interesting that you tell all these different stories from all sorts of people from around the world experiencing all these scary and at times inexplicable things.

Gotta love how the parents of Craig know he consistently gets moved from areas due to his behaviour and yet continue to keep moving rather than seeking help, I know it’s just a story but I can imagine actual parents doing this all the time…
Yeah I feel bad for the guy :(
And as for the Teacher in #3, he needs a good shakeup for not noticing a new and unregistered Student in his class, especially given that this "Chester" somehow knew the guy's name.
I can actually can definitely see him escalating to violence in his near future.
Aren’t all stories real?
They couldn't homeschool him, i guess?
I love how Chester apparently didn't go to the school, and yet the English teacher didn't say anything about some random kid who doesn't go to the school being in his class.
I was thinking the same.

Agree with your overall point, but in Craig's case, he was definitely a "crazy person". He didn't understand boundaries or social cues at all, and was very stalkerish to say the least. More than 1,000 high school students in the U.S. were asked about their connectedness to their peers, teachers and staff members. Here are the main findings:
Nearly half of students feel they don’t belong
51% of respondents feel a sense of belonging at their schools compared to 81% of college students.
52% of respondents are comfortable being themselves at school compared to 83% of college students.
56% of respondents feel their school experience is satisfactory compared to 86% of college students.
One key element that could help students feel welcome is to foster a supportive student-teacher relationship. In the current state of education, findings show:
Only 32% feel comfortable enough to talk to a teacher about a personal issue.
Sense of belonging = more graduates
Students who report high levels of belonging are more likely to:
Feel thankful for their schools (83% vs. 32%).
Feel their experience is satisfactory (79% vs. 31%).
Commit to graduate (93% vs. 84%).
Recommend their current school to others (31% vs. 5%).

The last story is a bit incredible. The teacher would have known if there was suddenly a new student in class that wasn't on the roster.
This is exactly what I was thinking, especially since they made a point of saying it's a small school where everyone knows everyone.
Teachers don’t care anymore 😢
Also hanging up on a 911 operator while there's an intruder in your house. That's not how that works
Yeah i don’t believe it either tbh
Also, the snap accounts... like how did he know he blocked him on snapchat if he hasn't added him back?
Or how did he create so many accounts that fast?
Also, how didn't the teacher ask him who he is if there were only 9 of them in class?
It still was a decent story tho, even if it's not true.
High School is enough of a horror story in itself without this crazy stuff. Glad I have been out of it for over 30 years.

Can we just take a minute to appreciate how Mr. Nightmare takes stories people send him and convert them into a full-on suspenseful movie in our heads with sound effects and shit. Good job, man!

Second story is a near carbon copy of a guy I met my sophomore year of high school. Tried to be nice to the quiet new kid nobody wanted to talk to but the guy was a crazy stalker who talked about hurting people all the time. He disappeared after one semester. Certainly learned to be more cautious after that
High school pretty much IS a horror story. It sure was a nightmare for me.
Mr nightmare got me into horror narration and I'm still inspired and learning every time i listen!
it's crazy how fast time flies, but I first watched you during high school, during some of the most difficult time in my life and waiting each week for your videos was the most comforting thing ever, you have helped so many more people than you realise, love you mr. nightmare
i just wanna say thank you mr nightmare . ive been listening/watching your videos for the past 5 years and it has always been my favorite content on youtube. your videos are perfect for road trips and playing for background listening when doing other tasks, and it gives my mind something to focus on!! i love your content and thank you so much for consistently uploading, forever watching🤍
For the third story, I find it very hard to believe that some kid was able to sneak into a school and no one even recognizes him. Not even the teachers. Were there no attendance??
Public schools amirite?
I just feel bad for Craig. Other than the very end where he goes back to his house he seems just like a socially awkward dude. Someone was friendly to him on his first day and probably felt safe around OP. He just wants to be accepted, but doesn’t fully understand social cues and has a weird sense of humour. He doesn’t seem like a bad guy at all
I’m really interested about the humor he used, I wonder if it was actually as bad as the op made it out to be
@@goodish9765i have a sick sense of humor trust me it doesnt define the person
Yeah, but he also had a dark sense of humor. I'm socially awkward as well, but you don't see being THAT weird and twisted, especially to somebody I just met.
@@goodish9765 Did you forget his "joke" about a cop car being outside the OP's house when it wasn't? 😂
@@dennis.bonner Yeah, but would you be acting this way and forcing yourself in a friend group by someone you just met?
I didn't even notice Mr. Nightmare already has 6m subscribers. I remember him having about 700k a couple years ago... man I love this channel!
After hearing these stories, I’m kind of happy that I’m not in high school anymore
Mr. Nightmare coming through with the CONSISTENCY 💙💙💙

antisocial is very different from a weirdo. becomes especially obvious from your peers around you. Thats when i realized the difference between a person who wants to be alone vs a person who simply cannot fit in
Thankyou Mr Nightmare ...
When the world lets ya down..
Your here ..... Thanks u rock
Girls can be cruel toward each other
I’m sorry to hear that man. High school was rough for me too I’m glad it’s over. Just try not to dwell on it too much and just focus on the future
so sorry to hear that. I hope the pills work, they sure did wonders on me.
That happens to lots of people the only thing you can do is defend yourself you have to respond if you don't they catch you as a fool.
I sorry you have to go through all that, hope you will are better now
I relate to you as well but now being 23 I'm on abilify and it's been helpful somewhat for me. I just figured what was best for me and I rather not be social and have any new friends and I'm ok with that. High school was hell as well, having no friends or anyone to connect with.
I enjoy falling asleep to these stories. It's relaxing.
7 years, still making good scary stories keep it up❤💪🏾
I was 9 when I started watching you and now I'm 16 and in high school. Crazy how time can fly so quickly
Thanks
I’m so curious what “a disgusting sandwich” is
Maybe peanut butter, tuna and coleslaw.
I've been subbed to this channel since 2016, this is one genre of YT that never gets old.
yes🙌🏻
Yes.
I’m a senior in high school about to graduate in 2 weeks and hearing these stories are so amazing and chillin
Your channel is so much better than every other horror channel's because of your sound effects and music. You put so much effort into these and it pays off, 110%
Yeah the sounds are good but have you watched MrBallen? He’s awesome
Love your videos 😍, always good for sleeping keep the hard work up and thank you for your hard work 💪
I've watched a lot of so-called "storytellers" on UA-cam, but none of them can compare to Mr. Nightmare and Mr. Ballen.
How good are Mr Ballen stories I might want to check his channel out
@Melissa Grant he's really good and he gives a lot of details and back stories. He does a lot of research into his stories and you will like him.
@@jacobb54 thank I will check him out
@Melissa Grant good day. I'm checking to see if you had time and seen any of the Mrballen videos and if you liked them or not.
I love listening to these before going to sleep just to spook me a little.
How does a kid just blend in? Do schools not do roll call or check to make sure every student is present?
Maybe share some stories where the original stalker ended up being the stalked and extremely creeped out by their original intended victim to the point of having to obtain a restraining order. 😂 I'd love to hear some.
Very specific 😅
That's oddly specific. Kinda creepy bro ngl
@@appledapple1899 lol its not that specific. Its basically the hunters becoming the hunted.
@@kaltheinya lol that sounds awesome.
I was just binging through your old school stories, hyped for a new one!
I've been watching this guy forever. Thanks for all the effort you put into these videos and for staying to your original content.
These videos are a perfect time capsule.
14:16 that’s actually so sad I can’t imagine actually being held back senior year of all years 😭
It’s pathetic and inappropriate, not sad. He chose to be a POS and not do any of his work. There’s no reason for a 19 year old adult to be in a school with underage kids. He should’ve been failed and kicked out. He chose to fail
@@Tuco_Salamanca3 I've never heard of a 19 year old student in HS...my family traveled around too. 🤷🏿♂️

I really need to know more about the disgusting sandwich
Seriously like throughout the whole video I couldn't stop think like what type of sandwich was it that the fact it was so disgusting needed to be mention not once but twice during the video
I used to watch these stories about high school when I was in 3rd grade, now I’m in high school. I just found your channel again.
Say I just wanted to let you know how cool your videos are. Its honestly very interesting that you tell all these different stories from all sorts of people from around the world experiencing all these scary and at times inexplicable things.
