Bro, I love the tire exercise. Except when me and my partner do it, we go all out kill each others chest lmao. It would be only body shots for me and my partner. But dang, one time he struck me on the chin on accident and I thought I had a concussion from it because when I went to bed that night,I woke up in the middle of the night at two AM with bad head pain and I couldn’t go back to sleep Lol.
But a tip I learned it to take really hot showers to prevent and calms down head pain. It really helped me go back to sleep Lol
