Sir my child is 2.3 yrs old. His screentime is 3 hrs approx. Suddenly i see him moving in circles and cornering his eyes while doin that. He is doin so moreover since i tried to stop amd scold him once. He sees a thng moving in circles or spinning he starts doin it. Is this a definite sign of autism???? He calls us talks to us but using just two word sentences.eye contact is there. Recently he started showing lot of tantrums amd when he goes out he is just unstoppable
