I'd love to join agents of speech to help my nonverbal toddler, but I was denied immediately. What good is it if we get denied without explanation or a chance to add clarifying information?

You need to answer all 3 questions to get in

I was denied the first time I tried because I didn't answer all three questions. I retried again, and I was accepted. I have been on the site for almost 5 days now, just learning and trying small techniques with my child. The rewarding technique works really well with my 2.5yr old expressive speech/language delayed daughter.

Hello Please I would love to join... I have been searching all through the internet just today I stumbled on your video. I have got two kids possibly on the spectrum. My daughter took a while to be finally very verbal but ecolalia still working on her language skills daily 45 minutes everyday. Now the aba method I tried for her and it worked. But now I am very concerned for my son who is 3yr and 3 months but not verbal at all. He must be autistic I believe. He walks on his toes, stems his hands in a patterns repetitively, he screams too loud and almost deafen everyone at home and he will be going to school in March. Due to financial issues, I work for now, and do some side hustle to get him some therapies since last year for about 3 months. And still till now not speaking still. Please I am really concerned, I cry alot I really want to understand him, whenever he wants something he comes to me to take my hands to where or what he wants, please I really want to connect and help him as I help my own daughter, how can you help me to help him to become verbal.

Sir . My 4 years daughter is mild autistic.. she speaks meaningless words repeatedly whole day.. sometimes and sometimes not.( She is having normal development till the age of 2, she used to sing rhymes, poems with action, she knew how to speak like english letters, counting numbers that time) but now she is speaking only meaningless words even though we always talk with her...eye contact has been improved.. ! Sir i want to ask what should i do .? Plz tell me if she is having speech and needs work on language? What should we do as parents??

Why does ABA have such a negative connotation or reputation? Are there a ton of bad experiences out there? My daughter has been in ABA for several months now and although we can’t say for certain that it is the SOLE reason for positive change, it definitely hasn’t been a bad experience or detrimental. they have helped with emotional regulation and she loves doing activities with her therapist.

My daughter loved Aba. I don't think it's the same as it was in the past.
