      Thanks for the Quinoa porridge recipe....Now Quinoa is another source of protein for me. I made it and it was delicious! I used coconut milk, ceylon cinnamon powder and a little bit of agave syrup! 😋

      @@italeatsandtreats It sure is a complete protein. I want to incorporate Teff Grain as well. It has a lot to offer. I was wondering if it was a way I could incorporate it in my fruit smoothies or make a protein shake with it without cooking it and still get all the nutritional benefits?! Do you have any ideas or suggestions? I want Quinoa, Wild Rice and Teff to be my go to protein. I hear Teff is really for ppl who like to workout and build muscle! Thanks in advance!!!

      @@jamelswain5289I love red! It’s a great gluten free flour and is super good for you. From what I know read always has to be cooked so I would deffo recommend doing research on how you want to incorporate it more into your diet 😊

    You are so beautiful and Amazing I commend you for everything that you do Ik it’s hard to be a food blogger I eat very much the same way you do and it’s VERY time consuming especially with going to work and school it’s hard to find the balance to everything but your doing Amazing I Love the recipes and the way you choose to live to support your body and be healthy cause it can be hard some times I swear I looked at ur website to IM making that dessert hummus forsure!

      That is not true at ALL😂 and I make my own hemp milk so you must be getting done seriously watered down stuff
