I have the same model, and my screen has been flickering for the last few months. This is the most useful video of how to replace the screen I have come across! Thanks for making this, and keep up your good work!
Thanks for the tutorial, got the whole screen opened up. One thing I want to remind others though, is that the sticky white tape behind both sides of the screen can be pulled backward instead of using plasticc card to pry it open, unless the sticky white tape broke off.
Hi Dmitry! Fantastic video! How did you determine the part number for the screen? I have a Asus Zenbook 14 UX434FLC but am not sure if the same part can be used. Thanks!
sadly, my UX433 does not have the same screen assembly as shown here. There is simply no face around the screen to pry off, i assume it's all glued in place. I've just added a new crack the glass screen trying to get the thing out to replace it because it was already cracked.
Yeah, your are right. There are two version: with matte display and with glossy display. I think you have glossy display. Models with glossy display doesn't have plastic bezel. In such models the display changes together with a back cover (part number 90NB0JQ2-R20010 or 90NB0JR3-R20010). It more simple but more expensive :(
Thanks for feedback. You are a little wrong. Asus ux433 has two version: with matte display and with glossy display. Ultrabook on this video has a matte display (part number 18010-14003500) and plastic bezel around edges (part number 90NB0JQ1-R7B010). Models with glossy display doesn't have plastic bezel. In such models the display changes with a back cover (part number 90NB0JQ2-R20010 or 90NB0JR3-R20010). On this video really Asus ux433 :)
I managed to to replace my screen successfully. Thank you for this video 👍🏼👍🏼

@@lcdbwd908 My screen was flickering then went dead. Do you think it is the cable or the screen itself? Thanks.
@@wonkabar6 was it flickering on the bottom half?

Hi Dmitry! Thank you so much for the video. Are the instructions the same for Asus Zenbook UX434FAC?
Thanks for the comment! Yes, I think this laptop and its screen cover are very similar to the ux433.
@@dmitrysamsonov2869 Thank you very much!
Hi, Ux433f using the same screen right?
Hi! Do you know if the digitizer for the touch version of ux433 is separate or you have to buy a whole lcd upper assembly to fix a broken glass?
Super job!
