Ray Boltz I am almost certain that you will never read this comment but I am writing it for you any way. I grew up witb your music. I praised and worshipped God as a teenager with all of my heart as I played your music and sang along with you. I saw you in concerts where the entire crowd was one in worship for our God and where the Holy Spirit was moving like I had never seen before. That continued through my 20's and now I am 48 with a life time of joys, heartache, good decisions and horrible decisions along with dealing with the consequences of each in my life . And your music is still what I most often choose to bring me to mu knees in worship for our Father. I don't remember exactly when I heard that you had announced that you are gay to the world, but I definitely remember many many people who called themselves Christian butcher you with horrible, judgemental, mean amd downright evil comments. I remember the same when the controversy over Michael English happened and so many people turned on him as well ( I'm not comparing the two of you, Just noting such similar reactions from the people that supposedly loved you so much just one day before these announcements took place). I was disgusted. Not with you. Not with you at all. My thoughts of you didn't change at all. I was disgusted by all of the people who called themselves Christian yet were judging you and actually being evil in their comments and wishes for you. I prayed for you and your family so much during those days....that God would give you comfort, peace and that He would fill your heart to overflowing with the feeling of being loved by Him. People need to properly understand that passage of Scripture in John 8. The context of what was going on is that the Pharisees were trying to trap Jesus into breaking the Law of Moses. The Law of Moses required BOTH the man and the woman to be brought to trial for committing adultery. So if only one of the two guilty parties was brought before the judge, the Judge was under the law to automatically dismiss the case. Therefore, Jesus responded in accordance to the Law of Moses by setting the woman free. That passage is not about Jesus arbitrarily dismissing someone's sin-it's about Jesus being the Supreme Judge! Amen!

(He knew she did it and verified what he knew by saying at the end, go and sin no more.) But the point again is, that He told her to go and sin no more. Hi Eric! I agree fully with your take on Ray Boltz. However, even if he is saved right now, he had no good reason to come out with his "gay" problem. Christians struggle with lots of issues--even with straight people not able to get married. But why not commit our lives to Jesus, coupled with all our short-comings, failings and foibles rather than pester our families and communities with them. I've studied a little about being Christian but still having same sex attraction, and was impressed with a couple of guys who said that they manage to abstain regardless of the temptations. This rings true to me, as it's the same with any other sexual sin - which so many of us have committed. It's not always an easy road, as our human inclinations can be so strong, but we can abstain from what we know to be against God's will & ways. I hope this helps someone.

Jesus confirms, that marriage is between 1 male and 1 female (Matt.19:4-6). There is no loophole for someone who wants to corrupt God's definition of marriage. There is no such thing as a "gay" Christian. There are apparently, lots of confused homosexuals who think they can be both homosexual and a Christian. Such men have created a homosexual cult. Judy you need to study things out not just from the Bible but from the Septuagint and other ancient records that we have access to now that many of the books of the Old Testament and many of the concepts of the New Testament are based on. Oh but you probably never thought about that because you think that your perfect, infallible and unaltered book translated infallibly is the final word. With that kind of belief who needs God? You've got a book you worship and you call it the Holy Bible. With your picking and choosing which scriptures you are going to adhere to (by modern church tradition) you throw out those parts that you don't agree with including the one wherein Paul tells women to be silent in the Church. Do you speak in Church? Do you pray and give sermons in Church? Also have you been eating shrimp or pork lately since that was considered an abomination? Also what did Jesus say about divorce? I know many a Pastor who has been divorced and remarried. Jesus was emphatic about that yet he never said one word about homosexuality but you in your self-righteous, selfish way seem to think that you can pick out gay and lesbian people as though they are a bunch of sinners just by their very nature. YOU NEED TO READ THE BOOK and also get your head out of your ass and start looking around at the real world around you. Hey Ray, as a dad of a gay daughter which in itself was a massive learning curve for my wife and I. However this never ever diminished our love for her nor her siblings. Actually if anything this strengthened my prayer time to a whole new level. Not just for my daughter but for all my children, grandchildren and greater family and friends. Mate, I only prayed once in a blue moon but now I have become a prayer warrior. Ephesians 6 12 says For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. I believe we all have the ability to hold onto things that aren't right in Gods eyes which for many people like myself we have to repent daily. Battling as Christians' is a normal part of carrying the cross, which I believe we all do. No one is exempt from issues in life when we walk with Jesus. However, I'm not convinced this what God wants for you. So I would like to pray for you and add you to my prayer list. I remember when I gave my heart to the Lord exactly 30 years ago your song "Take up your cross and follow Jesus" was one along with the Heritage singers I used to listen to all the time. i may not agree with his lifestyle and it may be biblically wrong but he did create some great music. and do not condemn me for even saying that because i fight homosexual tendencies myself because i was raped when i was younger. but im fighting and not giving up because i know God can deliver me from this. I grew up listening to Rays music, also sung several of his songs, especially The Anchor Holds,,such an anointed song, Seen several lives touched from me singing it. I may be wrong but there are God' foods..that can..cure..This may not make sense and I don't know how to explain ..but ..i just know I was so so miserable for so long with a problem.Then I started looping at supplemental and definining what each one did in the supplemental..For instance I would get so exhausted I coukd not move....a shopped for them not going crazy but..any way..life is still so hard with circumstance but I'm not feeling the total feeling of destruction I felt and I can tell a big big difference when I don't take them..And I eat foods but I know what I call God's foods if that makes since and it seems less and less I want the other foods...etc..things are still very hard but the little church I had as a kid saved my life because I tasted and the Lord was good..a songs have been a saving Grace..the old songs we sang are scripture based..we didn't get a lot of the Bible but they pointed me to Him. And I read God is in his Word .Gid IS HIS word and if it's hard to grow like you would like to..as deep as you would like..just ..knowing just a little is so beautiful and He is Always Enough.. Its free on youtube, he finally got his deliverance from alcohol and free to love his wife and children who almost lost him thru suicide thoughts and depression living a life he knew it was bad for him and family. It was very inspiring seeing a wife loved her husband to helped him and she also almost came to leave him but in the end they gave God and each other a last chance to love and trust again.

Ray, you are a wonderful example of a man of God. There is no greater or lesser sin. We ALL fall short! My grandson recently came out to be, assuming he would lose both my love and the Love of our Father. When I held him close and told him he is so beloved he cried. Love without judgment.

I'm so grateful to hear this story! What a brave soul. I grew up in church and attended a Christian school in the 90's. Ray's music was THE music of the Christian contemporary scene. I left the church by 2008, and never knew about Ray's coming out. It's so inspirational to see him being true to himself AND keeping his faith.

I am praying for you Ray Bolz. You shall know the truth and He who is the Truth will set you free. Jesus loves you because you are His son (having believed in Him and born from above) and because He IS LOVE. He desires that you be free and be in life union with Him. This can only be through truth in the inward man. There are two kinds of judgement. One of condemnation, one of discernment. As Christians we are to discern a matter in line with the Truth (God’s word) so that we might lead others on the path of Life. This is discernment: you were born again in your spirit (born from above by the Spirit of Grace) but had not received deliverance and healing in your soul realm (mind, will and emotions). I summarize that at some point in your life you were trespassed, taken advantage of by an unclean spirit. This usually occurs through molestation. Or a yielding to fleshly temptation. Many mainstream churches haven’t recognized that a person born again in their spirit can still be oppressed in the soul realm. We mature our born again spirit and renew our minds through the washing of the water by the word of God. Even still, when a person has been trespassed or have yielded to sin they are in need of deliverance from unclean spirits. These spirits gain entrance through having yielded to temptation and or were transferred from one person to another through trespass. In either case the person is in need of both deliverance and healing from the wounds of sin. Know this the Word of God is the final authority. One cannot separate the One who is the Word from His written word. He gave us His written word for instruction in life and His Spirit to lead us accordingly. The Spirit and the word agree. Love you in the love of the Lord Jesus.
I have been listening to some of Ray's music lately, the albums before he made the announcement. Every song tells a story of the conflict he experienced, and in every song there is the same theme. The anchor holds! We do not know what tomorrow brings, but we know that God is faithful, and every one of the songs Ray sang, to me is a prophesy on his own life, and touched many other lives. I am convinced Jesus will deliver all of us from all kinds of satan's strong holds.
My husband just loved your music and wanted to be so much like you. He wanted to sing as a ministry for the Lord. At our church he always sang your songs. When you came out of the closet per say as a homosexual person and then you walked away from the one true God...then walking away from your wife and your family making them chose you in sin to keep them in your life. Ray, thank you for being transparent. I can't even imagine how difficult this must have been for you. You music has touched my life during my most difficult of times and I want to "Thank You" for sharing your gift. Even though I don't understand your feelings or what you're going through, I believe we are not to judge one another and that we all sin.
I don't hate Ray, his music can touch others because it is his gift from God. And we as Christians are not to judge him or his partner. We have to leave that to God judgment day and it is my prayer that Ray and others will come to repentance and delivered from their sins. Otherwise the word has condemned him and his partner already. Nothing more God or Jesus can do. That said, we are not to judge but correct him with God's word, not our own words. Is up to him to receive the correction or reject it. We are free to chose what path we should take, God does love us all and reason he sent his son to die for our sins but God did not force his will on us. Just like he loved the people that perished by the flood, they had 120 years to repent and get in the ark with Noah, instead they just mocked and laughed at Noah telling them that God could saved them them all. But they chose to hardened their hearts like Ray apparently by his own statement. He is living a lie. As parents or siblings or children of gay/lesbians we are to love them and respect them as humans but we are not to condone their lifestyle. I had an uncle who lived his whole life as a woman until God himself reveal to him the truth, in the last years of his life. He began to allow me to pray with him, and began to share his experiences with God and before he died he told he was a man, not a woman. He couldn't believed with tears how God could forgive his filthy life he lived living as a woman??!! I told him that was the grace and mercy of God, I was comforted with this knowledge of his salvation. God spared his life many times until he came to get saved at Jesus feet. He passed away last year and my father this year comforted to know that his brother he had prayed for so long finally accepted what gender God made him with. My uncle told me all his story and how deceived he lived believing lies from people who used him and lied to him telling him it was ok and that God loved him as he was.

They revealed to me such a greatest love of a Loving Father. But can you please explain 1 Corinthians 6:9-10? God truly accepts anyone for who they are, but God refuses to keep us for who we are. His divine purpose is to make us holy just as He is holy.

To confess means you agree with God that what you are doing is a sin. Ray doesn't agree with the God of the Bible that homosexuality is a sin. He is wrong to say that God created him to be gay.
Exactly - I may have a sin (at least what the Bible calls a sin) that I constantly struggle with, but it never becomes "not a sin." A sin is a sin from beginning to the end. I may keep struggling with it until I die, but I plan to never say it is not sin, just because I "feel" that way - I stand on Truth - not my feelings which can deceive me.

Ray, ironically, the answer to what you want is in your song "Thank You". Every time you think you are going to fall pray and say how thankful you are that Christ, God on earth, actually gave Himself to die for ME! How can you possibly turn your back on Him? The thankfulness overwhelms and nothing can break through that, not even the impulse to act out as you want. I pray that love will break through to you. This was a reference to the ten commandments! The 10 commandments when it mentions adultery MEANS.....ANY sexual activity outside GODS Word....not just Sex outside of your marriage bed! I was hurt when I found out, but as a Christian, I'm going to pray for Ray. The fact remains, he's a phenomenal song writer, and such an amazing singer! How can I point my finger at him for his sin when I have sin in my own life? The Bible says sin is sin regardless of what it is. So whether Ray is gay and I tell a lie, at the end of the day, we both broke God's law. Ray is no more guilty then I am. God still loves us both the same. We can all be forgiven. I'm not looking for an argument and I probably shouldn't have even posted this, but I was listening to him sing tonight the song "Feel The Nails" and I about had me a Holy Ghost fit! His songs are still anointed. I praised and worshipped God as a teenager with all of my heart as I played your music and sang along with you. I saw you in concerts where the entire crowd was one in worship for our God and where the Holy Spirit was moving like I had never seen before. People need to properly understand that passage of Scripture in John 8. The context of what was going on is that the Pharisees were trying to trap Jesus into breaking the Law of Moses. The Law of Moses required BOTH the man and the woman to be brought to trial for committing adultery. So if only one of the two guilty parties was brought before the judge, the Judge was under the law to automatically dismiss the case. Therefore, Jesus responded in accordance to the Law of Moses by setting the woman free. That passage is not about Jesus arbitrarily dismissing someone's sin-it's about Jesus being the Supreme Judge! Amen!

Christians struggle with lots of issues--even with straight people not able to get married. I've studied a little about being Christian but still having same sex attraction, and was impressed with a couple of guys who said that they manage to abstain regardless of the temptations. This rings true to me, as it's the same with any other sexual sin - which so many of us have committed. It's not always an easy road, as our human inclinations can be so strong, but we can abstain from what we know to be against God's will & ways. I hope this helps someone.

God wouldn't create someone to be "an abomination" (Lev.18:22), or, to be "shameful" (Romans 1:27), or, to be "against nature" (Romans 1:26). And, God wouldn't create someone to be a homosexual, and then tell them,"Homosexuals will not inherit the Kingdom of God" (1 Cor.6:9,10 NKJV). Anyone who approves of such behavior will be found guilty on Judgment Day, also (Romans 1:32). There has never been a scientist who has proved that people have been born to be a homosexual or a lesbian. These are excuses to continue in sin, and/or to deceive society, in hopes their corruptible behavior will be accepted by society.

You've got a book you worship and you call it the Holy Bible. Mr. Boltz has every God given right to choose love and companionship with the man of his dreams. God loves him and created him to love and be loved. Unfortunately it was the damned Church that practically forced him to get married to a woman because that was all that was considered acceptable by Church tradition. Hey Ray, as a dad of a gay daughter which in itself was a massive learning curve for my wife and I. However this never ever diminished our love for her nor her siblings. Actually if anything this strengthened my prayer time to a whole new level. Not just for my daughter but for all my children, grandchildren and greater family and friends. Mate, I only prayed once in a blue moon but now I have become a prayer warrior. Ephesians 6 12 says For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. I believe we all have the ability to hold onto things that aren't right in Gods eyes which for many people like myself we have to repent daily. Battling as Christians' is a normal part of carrying the cross, which I believe we all do. No one is exempt from issues in life when we walk with Jesus. However, I'm not convinced this what God wants for you. So I would like to pray for you and add you to my prayer list. I remember when I gave my heart to the Lord exactly 30 years ago your song "Take up your cross and follow Jesus" was one along with the Heritage singers I used to listen to all the time. As a matter of fact that song was in my head when I woke up this morning so I checked on youtube to find it hence this note. Anyway brother, Im a Maori from New Zealand now living in Australia with my family. I love God immensely as for my daughter I still pray Gods will upon her life even after about 15 years.and that one day she'll marry a good God appointed man. I grew up listening to Rays music, also sung several of his songs, especially The Anchor Holds,,such an anointed song, Seen several lives touched from me singing it. I may be wrong but there are God' foods..that can..cure..This may not make sense and I don't know how to explain ..but ..i just know I was so so miserable for so long with a problem.Then I started looping at supplemental and definining what each one did in the supplemental..For instance I would get so exhausted I coukd not move....a shopped for them not going crazy but..any way..life is still so hard with circumstance but I'm not feeling the total feeling of destruction I felt and I can tell a big big difference when I don't take them..And I eat foods but I know what I call God's foods if that makes since and it seems less and less I want the other foods...etc..things are still very hard but the little church I had as a kid saved my life because I tasted and the Lord was good..a songs have been a saving Grace..the old songs we sang are scripture based..we didn't get a lot of the Bible but they pointed me to Him. And I read God is in his Word .Gid IS HIS word and if it's hard to grow like you would like to..as deep as you would like..just ..knowing just a little is so beautiful and He is Always Enough.. I read and of course as I think..duhh ..God is not only in His Word..He..is..his word ..and if we only learn just one..like The Lord is My Shepard..that one and or Our Father...Father ..such a picture of beauty and so so much meanings that fill you...some where in the Bible it says. it's good..because He Is his word and don't or I don't treat that lightly and an so grateful. God has really used Ray Bolts over the years to write and sing many inspired songs, yet all this time he struggled with same-sex feelings and eventually gave in to that sin, abandoned his wife and children and is now living in sin and sexual depravity. I watched the other day about another prodigal son Russ Taff who I was wondering what happened to him. Its free on youtube, he finally got his deliverance from alcohol and free to love his wife and children who almost lost him thru suicide thoughts and depression living a life he knew it was bad for him and family. It was very inspiring seeing a wife loved her husband to helped him and she also almost came to leave him but in the end they gave God and each other a last chance to love and trust again.

The sad thing is that Ray believes he is being true to what his feelings are rather than what God says is sin. We can admit our sin without embracing and practicing it. I hope Ray comes to this understanding. He admits to missing his wife and kids so his decision didn’t make anything better. Who know if God would have healed him in time? He still can for sure!

I'm so grateful to hear this story! What a brave soul. I grew up in church and attended a Christian school in the 90's. Ray's music was THE music of the Christian contemporary scene. I left the church by 2008, and never knew about Ray's coming out. It's so inspirational to see him being true to himself AND keeping his faith.

If you listen to Ray's description of some of his most popular songs, they were inspired during the time he struggled and prayed for deliverance and forgiveness. God allows struggles in each of our lives to purify us and strengthen our faith in HIM. We should never give up seeking a righteous path . . . the journey towards Him is the key . . . not happiness and fulfillment on Earth.

When I gave my life over to the Lord, it was for life til death due me part - that is the Spirit Saving Love I have in me...not the Flesh-based love the world so often speaks about.

I find the point that you are attempting to make extremely irrelevant to this discussion. While it's true that I personally don't believe the Bible to be true, you, your brothers and sisters in christ, AND Ray Boltz DO believe it. I am merely pointing out WHY your preconceived notions about homosexuality do NOT fit with Biblical interpretation in with how it relates in the context of 2 members of the same sex in a loving and committed relationship. Furthermore, I do not need to believe what is in that book in order to prove what it does or does not say. Let's say for example, you were debating a Mormon and you decided to take a class on Mormon theology. Let's say that you memorized the Book of Mormon and learned everything there was to know about that particular book in order to show their contradictions and errors, would that mean that you would also need to BELIEVE everything that is in that book in order to UNDERSTAND what it does or does not say? Of course not. That is all I am doing with the Bible.

Jesus loves you because you are His son (having believed in Him and born from above) and because He IS LOVE. He desires that you be free and be in life union with Him. This can only be through truth in the inward man.
There are two kinds of judgement. One of condemnation, one of discernment. As Christians we are to discern a matter in line with the Truth (God’s word) so that we might lead others on the path of Life. This is discernment: you were born again in your spirit (born from above by the Spirit of Grace) but had not received deliverance and healing in your soul realm (mind, will and emotions). I summarize that at some point in your life you were trespassed, taken advantage of by an unclean spirit. This usually occurs through molestation. Or a yielding to fleshly temptation. Many mainstream churches haven’t recognized that a person born again in their spirit can still be oppressed in the soul realm. We mature our born again spirit and renew our minds through the washing of the water by the word of God. Even still, when a person has been trespassed or have yielded to sin they are in need of deliverance from unclean spirits. These spirits gain entrance through having yielded to temptation and or were transferred from one person to another through trespass. In either case the person is in need of both deliverance and healing from the wounds of sin. Know this the Word of God is the final authority. One cannot separate the One who is the Word from His written word. He gave us His written word for instruction in life and His Spirit to lead us accordingly. The Spirit and the word agree. Love you in the love of the Lord Jesus.
I have been listening to some of Ray's music lately, the albums before he made the announcement. Every song tells a story of the conflict he experienced, and in every song there is the same theme. The anchor holds! We do not know what tomorrow brings, but we know that God is faithful, and every one of the songs Ray sang, to me is a prophesy on his own life, and touched many other lives. I am convinced Jesus will deliver all of us from all kinds of satan's strong holds.
My husband just loved your music and wanted to be so much like you. He wanted to sing as a ministry for the Lord. At our church he always sang your songs. When you came out of the closet per say as a homosexual person and then you walked away from the one true God...then walking away from your wife and your family making them chose you in sin to keep them in your life. How blind Satan has made you. Your biggest fear should be when you die, not did your children know the real you, who your flesh what's you to be, but am in right standing with the Lord.

I loved your music long before you came out. I'm sorry that you carried this for so many years. There's so much about God that we do not know. I've long stopped going to church and believe only in a loving God. I am not gay, but I am other things that seem at odds for a Christians to be. I have always felt the anointing upon you when you sing your songs. In fact, I listen to your songs everyday. I love & respect you. I do not agree with your lifestyle, but I am glad you are still singing for the Lord & blessing others. My husband has struggled with same sex attraction. He also says he has prayed for deliverance. Ray, thank you for being transparent. I can't even imagine how difficult this must have been for you. You music has touched my life during my most difficult of times and I want to "Thank You" for sharing your gift.
Even though I don't understand your feelings or what you're going through, I believe we are not to judge one another and that we all sin.
I don't hate Ray, his music can touch others because it is his gift from God. And we as Christians are not to judge him or his partner. We have to leave that to God judgment day and it is my prayer that Ray and others will come to repentance and delivered from their sins. Otherwise the word has condemned him and his partner already. Nothing more God or Jesus can do. That said, we are not to judge but correct him with God's word, not our own words. Is up to him to receive the correction or reject it. We are free to chose what path we should take, God does love us all and reason he sent his son to die for our sins but God did not force his will on us. Just like he loved the people that perished by the flood, they had 120 years to repent and get in the ark with Noah, instead they just mocked and laughed at Noah telling them that God could saved them them all. But they chose to hardened their hearts like Ray apparently by his own statement. He is living a lie. As parents or siblings or children of gay/lesbians we are to love them and respect them as humans but we are not to condone their lifestyle. I had an uncle who lived his whole life as a woman until God himself reveal to him the truth, in the last years of his life. He began to allow me to pray with him, and began to share his experiences with God and before he died he told he was a man, not a woman. He couldn't believed with tears how God could forgive his filthy life he lived living as a woman??!! I told him that was the grace and mercy of God, I was comforted with this knowledge of his salvation. God spared his life many times until he came to get saved at Jesus feet. He passed away last year and my father this year comforted to know that his brother he had prayed for so long finally accepted what gender God made him with. My uncle told me all his story and how deceived he lived believing lies from people who used him and lied to him telling him it was ok and that God loved him as he was.

God truly accepts anyone for who they are, but God refuses to keep us for who we are. His divine purpose is to make us holy just as He is holy.
Jesus accepted the prostitute,adulteress,woman at the well who was living with a man. But that doesn't mean he condoned their activities. By Ray's rational it is ok for anybody to cheat on their spouse. What Jesus told the adulteress was to go and sin no more. God wants to free us from sin. He doesn't condone it. I pray for Ray. I don't hate him. But he is way off in his thinking from a biblical point of view. Also his use of 1 John 1:9 at the 2 min mark is misused. To confess means you agree with God that what you are doing is a sin. Ray doesn't agree with the God of the Bible that homosexuality is a sin. He is wrong to say that God created him to be gay.
Exactly - I may have a sin (at least what the Bible calls a sin) that I constantly struggle with, but it never becomes "not a sin." A sin is a sin from beginning to the end. I may keep struggling with it until I die, but I plan to never say it is not sin, just because I "feel" that way - I stand on Truth - not my feelings which can deceive me.

Every time you think you are going to fall pray and say how thankful you are that Christ, God on earth, actually gave Himself to die for ME! How can you possibly turn your back on Him? The thankfulness overwhelms and nothing can break through that, not even the impulse to act out as you want. I pray that love will break through to you. I was hurt when I found out, but as a Christian, I'm going to pray for Ray. The fact remains, he's a phenomenal song writer, and such an amazing singer! How can I point my finger at him for his sin when I have sin in my own life? The Bible says sin is sin regardless of what it is. So whether Ray is gay and I tell a lie, at the end of the day, we both broke God's law. Ray is no more guilty then I am. God still loves us both the same. We can all be forgiven. Like as not you won't see this since there are so many of these comments. I first heard of your music a few years ago and bought one of your cds that has "The Anchor holds" on it. I love it and think you did a fantastic job on it.
I want to get this right in case you do read this. (I listened to the whole interview) Yes I am one that disagrees with you, but I hope you will hear me. The issue is not whether you have those feelings, thoughts, etc. rather the issue is what the Biblical directive is. One man and one woman is what He tells us initially and what he says finally. While I am thinking of it, you speak of Jesus being with the woman at the well, the adulteress, and other sinful people. The critical point is that he gently but truthfully tells them their sin is sin, and "go and sin no more".
I cannot relate to those feelings you have had; as I have never had them; however I can relate to other sins. It is much easier initially to give into them and to follow them; but I know and I think if you are honest you also KNOW, (maybe, maybe not) that we have to walk in righteousness. You can never walk in sin and be pleasing to Him....that is the critical point.

Let's remember that those people who Jesus "accepted" were told to follow him and sin no more. Everyone is a sinner and we all sin everyday, but it's not okay to walk in habitual sin. Gay people of course can be saved but when god regenerates your heart you're not gonna be okay with waking in sin and thinking it's ok.

And cant find one scripture in the Bible that backs that up! Now the Bible does say all have sinned and come short of the glory of God! Hi Jason, the official authority on what The Bible teaches, The Roman Catholic Church, says that sex is a sacred and holy gift for marriage between a male and a female, so with those boundaries no need for anyone to go out on a limb in saying what that scripture means or doesn't mean.
