Sir waht is the obligation of the Society while issueing the certificate - if the flat owner has taken a loan on the flat

1. Out of two flat owner. One is removed with gift deed.
2. By the time I applied for duplicate certificate also to society because of original was lost.
3. What changes will be there in duplicate certificate back side. Pl guide.

One of our members has changed her Name through Gazzette. Now she wants her new name to appear on the Share Certificate. She is the first owner, hence her name is on the front side of the Share Certificate. How should the correction be done ? Your help will be appreciated.

In Share certificate Owner and Co-Owner both name should be mentioned or only 1st name mentioned in Index2 ?

Issue additional share certificates of five share each member of RS.Fifty each share .Also write on this additional share certificate VALID only with old share certificate No and it's distinctive nos. And registration no. And on the old share certificate write the share certificates no, distinctive nos and registration number of the additional share certificates on the old share Cancel old share certificates and Issue new shares certificates.Charge for five shares @Rs fifty rupees per share and adjust the old share certificate amount along with new share certificate amount.Or refund two' hundred fifty rupees each member and charge Five hundred rupees from each member.
