Mine is just slow mixer. (Making butter.) Bottom part was 2 weeks in deep freezer. Really. Not worth the money.

You can try to add some ice cream powder 1-2 g should help, check the level of fat in the cream you are using also, it was a lot of factors I work in a restaurant and I sometimes am the responsible for icecrams, can be many factors

I'm here to say it's been an hour now and the liquid is still liquid and getting more watery - wow what a disappoint - luckily I chose to do this whilr ny child is at school cause he would be very disappointed to not get out ice cream

Not a good investment The spatula is one problem when the ice packs on the sides and sends the bowl one way and the top on the opposite direction A royal mess The clip in function for bowl and lid is way to weak to hold it all together A royal mess I'm returning mine

You have to put thé bowl in the refregator for 12 h before using it

I can't close this thing, I'd it not supposed to clip on fully? Mine is just wobbling and alsi how long do I turn the ice cream for after I pour it into the ice cream machine? There I'd no properly instructions at all, and after churned it do I remove from machine anf put into ckntajber tk still freeze or is it ready to eat immediately? First time using this and I'm just frustrated and thinking of returning it
