- Can we resurrect our 13 second 1968 Dodge Dart Project Car (dubbed Plan B) and make it do wheelies and run in the 10's, with the little 340 on just a bit of nitrous.
In episode 1 (our UA-cam debut), we start by tackling the sketchy front drum brakes on the Dart, in order to upgrade to fancy disc brakes from Strange. We also replace the clapped out, stock shocks with adjustable QA1's and install some "magnificent" front wheels.
We are super thankful to everyone for watching and we hope you enjoy as we share our automotive passions.

They sell those valve stem caps at O'Reilly's. I actually made my own for my Chevelle, Nova and Dart.

Subscribed, enjoyed watching and will catch up on the next ones.
Thank You!
Good luck on the channel!
Thank you for watching and helping with the spindle nuts.
I have always been terrified to do the disc conversion, after seeing your video makes me feel better, I’m going to look up if that kit will on my 65. Looks better than the standard kit Classic Industries sells
It was very easy to install, good luck and Thank you for watching!!
Great video and really sweet cars I’ve been wanting to go with a lighter after disc brake setup to replace the factory disc brakes on both of my Dusters but i always thought kits like the ones you put on weren’t really good for regular street driving how do the brakes work with everyday driving in traffic etc? Yes i know exactly what you mean about dads tool’s always being there to help get the project or job done i sure do miss my pops all the time, you guys are great and thank you for the video and channel 👍🏻👍🏻
The brakes have been good on the street so far... way better than the drums. Thank you for the kind words!!! 👍
Nice work! Last drum brakes I can remember doing was that '79 Volare I had. Those drum tools would have been handy. Is that a line lock button on shifter? Good luck guys. 👍
Woohoo - Thank You for watching!!! We'll get better
Love it
My first Plymouth was a 66 Belvedere 1 now a 68 Valiant. I like that brake kit but wondering how good they will hold for foot braking? Lookin forward to more Videos.
We'll find out when the weather breaks 🙂. Thanks for watching!
try to remember every time that you finished and start a new use The Ratchet you will need to be turned LOL
Make some Chevy videos! Keep up the good work and good luck with your channel 🏁
We would love to find a c10 or 55 chevy project. Thanks for watching!
Your welcome! I’m just teasing you all, I’m know how you love them mopars! See you all soon
How’s this setup stop? Will you be swapping out your master cylinder?
TBD - we are waiting for the snow to melt to test. We upgrade the master and rear brakes in the next episode.
I’m trying to install same kit on my 1972 dodge dart swinger. I can’t get the nut on far enough to put the carter key in. What did you do different? Did you find a slimmer nut?
No - I had to turn the nut down. You can use a belt sander and go slow if you don't have access to a lathe.
Poor man can not even work in his shop
Thank you for watching!
