The end of an era... man. I found this show while I was in the middle of suicidal depression, my first depression. Just a lil senior coming out of high school.... I worshipped lapis lazuli, prayed to her, practically memorized the entire first three seasons before discovering the fourth season was available thru pirating. 2017. I grew with it, and my need for it waned. The end of this show didn’t hit nearly as hard as it probably will for most everyone else. But of all the overuse the phrase nostalgia gets these days, this will be a true example of the word. I’ll never be able to rewatch this show the way I used to. Every episode’s a part of me now 3-27-20

Same here except I started all the way back in 2013 as a high school freshmen. I just wish I could go back to the week of Valentine’s 2018 my best friend for life committed suicide: 🥺😭😭
I know it's 2019 now, but I've looked for this for SO LONG because I just do not like the reprise at all, but I still wanted the extended edition of the original. Thank you so much for keeping this up.
@@bob171 The feeling is just so incredibly *different* from the first half of the song, with strange ambient sounds and pacing that just doesn't quite fit. The *very* end where Rebecca comes back in with the slower lyrics is fine, but the stuff in between the end of this video, and the start of the end of the reprise just doesn't work for me. It's been a long time since then, so I do appreciate it now from, say, an orchestral standpoint if it were for a key part of a film, but I do still prefer it to be separate from the first half (this video).
This edit of the song has always been my favorite, many years ago before the complete version was released and people would make edits of it. For some reason the jazzy feeling of this version sounds so good and soothing compared to the official one. Reminds me of simpler times
