I also carry a g19 and a spare mag. I train with dry fire and, when I can, live ammo at the range. I also have grown up with firearms. My dad exposed me to firearms safety when I was six years old, because he didn't want me to accidentally shoot someone or myself. Then I joined the Air Force at 18 and trained very extensively (extra training than the USAF required) because I enjoy firearms and because training is crucial. Even though I'm no longer with the USAF (once an Airmen, always an Airmen, similar to the Marines) I train, even if I have to dry fire train. I stress to everyone civilian I know that owns a firearm of any kind the importance of safety and training. Hell, I have offered and taught anyone who is interested, the fundamentals of firearms safety and training and then encouraged all of my 'students' to keep training everyday but also to go to a certified class from a certified instructor. I stress to every person teach that I am not a certified instructor and that all I can teach are the very basics, so they should seek out a professional for more useful and better training than I can provide. Training is key. Just like Papa Granad Thumb says, too.
Nice to see another AF vet here, I was CATM myself. Nice thing about training base pop was any leftover ammo from classes we got to use, plus we got a few thousand proficiency rounds per year for each weapon system we trained for. Loved that job. Back then I could do the Dicken’s drill easy, today I went to the local range and, we’ll, it wasn’t pretty at 25 yards. Definitely need more practice these days.
After the ARMY, I joined a Sheriff's Office in CA., eventually promoting to Lt. At least once a week, I'd tell my deputies, always carry. It's better to be an armed witness, than an unarmed victim....
Also worth remembering that malnourished 3/4 IPSC zoomer was on the move trying to get cover while Dickens was diddling his off-switch with his handgun. Just something of note as I see people mentioning this drill wasn't as hard as they thought it would be.
My college professors say that doing all that stuff, you know, pushing my boundaries, staying in shape, keeping healthy and keeping in practice means I want to invade Poland.
Only 4 shots were from 40 , supported by a column and resting atop a trash can. Only 2 of 4 hit. He then moved up to half that for the next 4. Walked in the last two zombie land style double tap.
What bugs me is the ‘Shoot one, Reload’ drill that’s so common on UA-cam & the ‘Gram. When the adrenaline dump happens, the ‘Lizard Brain’ takes over & does what it’s been doing the most. Shoot as much as is needed; maybe it takes one shot, maybe it takes the entire magazine. ‘Keep firing until the target is no longer a threat’, as Kevin P Owens says.
When stuff goes sideways, you'll resort to your most basic training. It's to get the muscle memory of reloading. Many people will mag dump then mess up the reload. For example in my military experience, I was a firefighter, so lots of training in first aid. In the multiple events I've come across of people getting semi seriously injured, I didn't even think about what I was going to do, I started the process of ABC after making sure I wasn't in severe danger. Normally I'm very squeamish of red bodily fluids, but training has allowed me to act VS freezing like I would have 10 years ago.
As someone who runs a smaller LAS holster without a spare mag, I've always wondered how you go to the bathroom with the larger ones taking up all the real estate around your crotch
Maybe I'm an idiot and someone has a better way. I pretty much haven't used a urinal since I started carrying for this exact reason. I could get the guy over the top but uncomfortable to say the least

Example of how much people don't pay attention: A friend and I were working in Berlin and were using the tram one evening, when right next to us a ~15 year old kid entered the tram with an G36 airsoft rifle in hand. Nobody absolutely no body said anything or did anything, my friend didn't even notice it until I told the kid that he could get in a lot of trouble if the cops see him casually carrying the airsoft around town. And remember the are no orange tips on airsoft rifles in Germany so it looks like a real one.
Anyways if you ever thing peaple will notice... They won't.
I was carrying at church on father's day and when we left there was a man beating his girlfriend in their car in the middle of the road. We got out to help and if he had made the wrong move it wouldn't have ended well for him. Luckily he just ran off.
Good thing you were there, just be careful!
Amen
That must have been a real bad sermon!! Ahahaha jk
@@Blackpowderdad It happened around the corner.
Would that rise to the level of lethal force? Whose life was in danger? Can you go hands on and defend your weapon? It's complicated.

6:22 shots fired against Taurus! Now you have to do a video on one of their pistols 🙂
Literally my 2nd week in a new job and already trying to figure out how ill CC without anyone noticing
Any Micro9mm or cm9 pocket carry should work unless it's like hospital than lcp max

I could tell Administrative was a prior cop. He arrested my heart with those eyes.
Low key I wanna see you shoot timed drills against donut, Brandon, baddie and Garand thumb.
Solid video, excellent message, and premium cutaways.
The real question is how to edc hearing protection.... Can't wear earplugs 24/7.
Fill your wars with wax.
Modern problems require ridiculous solutions
Take up smoking, cut the filter and make an emergency pair 😎 GI style
Just run about with 2 of your old lady's tampons sticking out your ears.
Bonus: you can use'em to plug wounds too😁👍🏻
HOW DOES HE KNOW WHEN IM DISRESPECTING MY TOILET
Nice video 👍🏻. Paul Harrell has made a good video about this but it’s more of a lunch break length video
I LOVE PAUL
The most based guntube video is the Paul Harrell video where he took a bed outside and did “waking up to an intruder in your room drills”.
@@AdministrativeResults me too he is the highly educated uncle / dad the fire arms community needed
Most cops I have seen 90% of regular cops ain’t proficient at all with their sidearm
Wish I had some land or a friend with land to practice on as the ranges 1: being the tax payer sponsored outdoor range & 2: being an indoor pay range neither of them allow one to draw from the holster & neither of them allow even semi rapid fire. The fastest I can fire is 1 Mississippi 2 Mississippi & by golly if u fire 1 Mississippi 2 miss 3 the RO is on to ass. The best I can do is draw & snap on innocent victims on my TV screen. But I do it nonetheless 👍
I'm 5'7", 130 lbs. I carry a p320 xcarry with an x300 in trex sidecar with a spare mag. Never had anyone notice on sight, occasionally people will if they give me a hug. As far as I'm concerned "gun free" signs are like stop signs, there suggestions
Based 😂
Gun free zone is a dress code, but dress codes aren't laws
Respect for bringing up fitness and diet ....you make a solid point, as we age we need to stay on top of ourselves, reflexes slow, eyesight fades. Good point made sir.
Even if you are young - get fitter - live longer!
I was a cop and have kept a commission through a local college PD so I can still have the badass concealed carry benefits. A few shifts a year sitting in a parking lot is a worthy trade off for being able to carry at big events that others can’t.
Speaking as LEO, ALL people should be carrying. Not just a wana be 'special' class.
Still, good that you carry.
@@xxxlonewolf49 I firmly agree. If we’ve learned anything recently, it’s that you can’t trust LE to keep you or your family safe.
Man I did the Dicken drill and I failed miserably 🙃 2 out of 10 hit and then my pride took a $h!t. When I was younger that fail would have made me quit but now I will use it to fuel me. Love your vids Admin Results!!!
Instead of being competent with a handgun and getting training can't I just keep a BREN gun in the trunk of my 98 ford explorer?
Dude I wear a pair of mountain climbing shorts or hiking shorts daily with an under armor tee shirt packing a hellcat appendix style and the only people who notice is younger women and sometimes a guy will double take my lower region but everyone else ain’t paying attention. Even my wife doesn’t know when I am carrying which is surprising because I always do.
I’ve open carried a USP 45 as a somewhat social experiment and I’ve only had maybe 2 people ever actually say anything/give eyes that say they noticed. It’s wild just how much people don’t notice anything that isn’t the thing they’re focusing on.
Maybe they thought you were a security dude and just didn't think about it too much.
I’ve had many reactions from good to bad. The area I live now is close enough to commiforniastan that idiots coming here always react stupidly. Had a woman shockingly say out loud “OMG thats real” lol
Weird feeling going from downloading fallout four Mauser mods to watching a video on why you should always carry on the toilet

Noticed all that cake before your carry.
When he was talking about diet I was downing oreos.
I carry a cz p09 full size, with a back up mag in my pocket (not a catty), and I'm 150 pounds/ 5 10 in height. Most of the time in shorts and a t-shirt. It's a mindset is all it takes. If you believe you can do it, then you can, who is someone else to say you can't. Believe then go out and do it. See what works for you and stick with it.
The shooting at the church in Texas, when the shooter was domed from a decent distance in a crowded church- that was the first that was fairly publicized. Even drove up .357 Sig sales
Keep in mind, that mall's policy would have cost possibly dozens of lives; stopping no one BUT LAW ABIDING CITIZENS
💯 true fact
It's time for ALL of us to face the truth... We are living in degenerating and decadent society. History is NOT kind on decadent societies.
In an hour of wolves, we *need* to be sheepdogs.
This vid is 9000% ok with me!
Waiting for the miculek thousand yard pistol drill.
I'll beat the dead horse, while these are great training it doesn't compare to how amazing his shots were. It's not just the distance, ....the distractions that had to be going on at the time . Distance, tables/ chairs ,garbage cans , pillars , planters , people screaming and shots coming your way . That young man stepped up and went to work .
GPM is a suburban place that most people would say it wouldn't happen here ...
I've been going there for decades and never followed policy . Always concealed and never bothered .
Edit
Oh and he had 2 head shots ...
Something I think people often forget too, train with your carry ammo. Paul says it often that different ammo is likely to shoot to a different point of aim. Especially if it's Blazer ammo.
Funny thing a while ago I saw a sign on a mall door that had a sticker with a Beretta 92 crossed out - like no Beretta 92s allowed. I went in anyway because I carry a CZ 75, but what those mall people have against Italian pistols? I can't understand it !!!
When you miss the entire target of Macaulay Culkin and hit only Ron Jeremy
“Mission Failed- Get him next time.”
All seriousness nice shooting, I wonder the impact optics are having on this drill?
I always call the printing from wide set apendix carry holsters the "Lucas Lump" or the "Botkin Buldge". We all get one, but skinny dudes always get it the worst.
hey admin, can you do a video on carry styles? im a pretty skinny guy so a lot of pistols print very easy on me, and im sure bigger guys have different issues such as comfort and ease of use if they have big hands, itd be interesting to see a couple different perspectives on this
I also carry a g19 and a spare mag.
Read this as "invade Portland" first and I felt a sudden urge to join you.
At this point in world affairs, Poland would likely greet you with open arms and you could invade Germany instead😂
Only 4 shots were from 40 , supported by a column and resting atop a trash can. Only 2 of 4 hit. He then moved up to half that for the next 4. Walked in the last two zombie land style double tap.

What brand and where did you get your balaclava?
Every one I buy I have to send back, it's always really tight.
I was hoping you were actually going to tell us how to survive the election cycle. I got to Mark Kelly ads while watching this video…
Nice work
Comedy within the mix of a very informative, positive engagement and encouraging video. Clever. Good stuff. 🇺🇸💪🏼
Please do it again with a subcompact and leave the red dot off it if you want to say it's the Dickens drill.
