8 minutes - ABS and legs exercises with Mini-Band

- Exercises lasting 8 minutes will activate the ABS and legs very quickly and successfully.
You need a Mini-Band for training, and if you don't have one, you can use leg weights or work with your own body.
Exercises are performed at intervals of 30 seconds with a 10 second break.
Exercisers who are in good shape can do this training 2 to 3 times in a row, with a 30-60 second break between laps (or video).

ja sam narucila tu traku i svaki put kad pokusam da uradim neku vezbu (doduse prva vezba koju si pokazala) meni se traka uvije i bukvalno ne moze da ostane ni minut normalna...😩😅
Pozdrav draga. Moguće da je traka tanka, pa se zato uvija... Ali pokušaj još par puta, daj joj šansu 😉, pa ako ne ide, možda bi bilo dobro da nabaviš drugu, malo deblju, a ovu da koristiš isključivo za ruke 😘

Nema na čemu draga 😉. Postoji mnogo vrsta traka, pa i od toga zavisi kako se koja "ponaša". Meni su konkretno najbolje one, obima 60 cm, debljine 0,8mm ili 1mm.
