  • We found this awesome 1930s milk bottle! I couldn't believe it still had the cap and I loved its look!
We went bottle digging in this old dump. Found some awesome old bottles with nice embossment and advertising! We were using heavy machinery to dig into the hill and find them. Bottle digging is one of my favorite hobbies. This is an awesome vintage bottle found bottle digging!

I got something similar looking to the Kerr Self-Sealing Mason I have a Ball Mason but I just have it as a glass for water in my house. idk if its similar but eh closest I would get to that.

Really dirty bottles from the 1800s that look fuzzy and have a funny oily color, usually need to be put in a tumbler for a day.. but anything after 1900's seem to clean up in a dishwasher.. just my personal experience.. i'm guessing a new process or glass mix was introduced around then.

Being 70, I'm just not interested in dump piles from my youth. I've seen Rolling Rock beer bottles. Yes.

if you have access to some form of water tank or ask the local fire department to come and all the ground with water.
wait a few days for it to dry out and most bottles will be visible
