Im new to the channel and id like to ask you what kind of strength training/Split do you do besides aw(if any), im new to aw but late intermediate in strength training and looking for a program that would be strength + aw (even tho no plans for becoming PRO or smth), thank you
Great grind not a expert but i think the angle of the rope is different in the table more high and the static on the ropes not sure if using a bench to sit makes different besides that can t wait for your next vids 🦾🦾
As I read the latest Devon's training he only does his rising lift, the pronator lift, and 30 to 35 reps with the multipinner for cupping. These 3 exersices every 20 minutes. The other movements Devon does is for tendon health with bands and small weights. I believe, Devon rest more and traing all day long
@@DynomyteDewd91 no this was the first time trying Devon’s workout. I do all types of arm wrestling exercises check out some of my training videos. I just don’t do any heavy curls my heavy days are when I’m practicing on the table.
