He was a great lead singer ,,and we all loved the sweet glam rock ,,,,its a shame abt the addition he had ,and wouldn't seek help ,,,he let the band down towards the end apearing drunk and couldnt sing straight ,,,the band had no choice to ask him to leave

They had to take care of their daily bread and butter. A drunken Brian on stage is not just a terrible sight for people who paid a lot of money for a ticket, it's also terrible for band members. The man had a serious problem. The band voted unanimously to go on without him. That may be a hard decision, but it was the right decision. And the albums without Brian definetely were not that bad at all, sometimes even top notch. Everyone would have prefered a Sweet with a healthy and serious Brian. That guy unfortunately was gone. I perfectly understand the band's decision.
Very 1970's in a year a new decade had begun.... It's merely OK, just above mediocre, not really alright, defintely not fantastic, let alone an evergreen. The Brian fan club of course will love it, but then again, let's remain fair: If he would have sung White Christmas backwards or a silly cover of "The sun has got his hat on - hip hip hip huuraaah", they also would have looooooved it. Diehard fans simply can't make a distinction anymore between real added value and Balast, as the Germans would call it. This here is somewhere in between. It's not terrible, it's not memorable either. Just a song like you can find 13 in a dozen.
