Fantastic interview. I started in sales and marketing at the company when we only had nine hotels. I advanced to the corporate office during a tremendous period of growth where I had the privilege of interacting with Mr. Sharp on a daily basis. It was a blessing and a curse to be trained within the organization. It set the bar so high for us, it’s hard to accept anything less. An amazing experience to have worked under his leadership. Thank you Mr Sharp !

People have no idea how much gold Harley and David are providing. I am an African working in the USA but I have learned so much from your guests and the Jewish work ethic…Issy totally delivered! What a hero!!

I know you guys intro it is a really great way of catching the audience attention, but I think it’s also a great lesson that we should be drawing on the wisdom of our elders. And I don’t mean all people of a certain age I mean elders people we can look up to just like you guys did in this interview.much appreciation

Mr Sharp is a true gentleman. I always made everyone feel special. ( I worked at one of his hotels in Toronto many years ago and whenever I saw him he always was so respectful and and kind.

I love the Sharpe family story. I went to school with his son Chris and we spent time together before he passed away. Later my girlfriend did research for Rosalie . Very fine people.

Fortunate to be part of the opening teams of Four Seasons Vancouver and Edmonton. Always enjoyed when Mr. Sharp visited the properties as he spoke with all staff and would share his philosophy and future developments of the company. He built a great company and many of todays luxury hotels followed Four Seasons and recruiting their people . A hotel legend!

Amazing interview. Issy and The Four Seasons inspired me to build a data privacy and cybersecurity practice at my law firm, and I did it based on the bedrock principles I learned from The Four Seasons. Every company can better understand customer service and innovation from The Four Seasons. Thank you for bringing this story to a new generation.

So how does it happen that Mr Sharp travels to Europe on vacation and just randomly meets people who he later found out that they were owners of Dorchester!? This is so random and strange!

great people you have invited to come on love the show. however sometime your lead in to the questions are too long and you often interrupt the person that is speaking.
