Hey friends! After dealing with some case assignemnt issues myself, I realized that when dealing with some case assignments rules you may want them to automatically trigger without your users needing to use the checkbox. Please Emily! If I have a CUSTOM TEXT field with a JSON stored in there, can I parse that JSON and read one of the elements value like `transfer-amount" and use it as predict in a condition to decide with Queue the case should be assigned to? Like, if the "transfer-amount" element in that JSON field is higher than "10000" assign the case to SUPERVISOR QUEUE, if "transfer-amount" element is equal or lower, assign the case to the NORMAL CASE.
