I have the Vulcan 900 LT I put a Mustang seat on it and Vance pipes also top-of-the-line grips and a triple headlight I'm sorry for a quarter of the price I'll stick with my Vulcan it never breaks down it's an unbelievable machine I love it and I've owned a Harley

Just bought this very same bike from my fiancees uncle. Had 2100 original miles on it. And its an 09. I absolutely love it. This biggest difference between the Vulcan and the Harley is about $15,000 dollars for about the same ride.

@@TheTriplelman I’ve got the 09 custom model with the dark blue flake. Previous owner had installed the Vance and Hines staggered pipes, mustang seat, Memphis shades batwing fairing, a fuel tuner and I put on a cobra intake and a tachometer. A really nice all around bike and plenty fast for me.

Nice comparison and it’s great you can ride with your brother. Not really apples to apples comparison though, the bigger cc Vulcan would be more comparable with size and configuration. I do have an 09 Vulcan custom and it’s a great all around bike.

I got rid of my Harley love my new Vulcan 900 Custom I don't care what people think about me. it's none of my business what they think about me.

I think that is a good attitude towards motorcycling. It’s about how you feel while riding. When I’m riding my Harley I wave at other bikers just like when I’m on my other bikes I wave at Harley riders. Thanks for commenting!

You are comparing apples with oranges. The Harley is much larger and costs two and a half times as much as the Kawasaki 900. If you compared the Harley with a Kawasaki Nomad or one of the other full sized Kwasakis it would have be a fairer comparison. I've owned many motorcycles including several Harleys, although I prefer the Heritage because of the smaller size. The Heritage fits me. I rode a Road King once and it felt exrememly top heavy and bulky. I hated it and then choose the Heritage. The Ultra Clssic is not for me, too big, too heavy, too top heavy.
Even if you compared a Heritage with the Vulcan 900 which would be a fairer comparison, the Heritage stills cost twice as much as the Kawaski. Both are V-twins, (Kawaski is water cooled) Both are about the same size (Kawaskia little smaller and lighter) both have belt drive. And Both are very comfotable (for people my size anyway) .

Well said, it really is 🍎 vs 🍊
The ultra classic does have a lot of weight as well. Thanks for the input to help others understand.

Nice video! If it's not too much trouble, would you mind asking your brother where he got the hand grip wind guards for the vulcan 900?
A link to the vendor or website would be great. Thanks in advance

It is people like you that make the channel worthwhile. Thanks for your support. Let me know how they worked out. I have the same ones on my Moto Guzzi California 1400. I just had to ask him to make sure they were the same.
