Curving a bullet with a pipe does work, but it needs to be a solid pipe. No air gaps. Demolition Ranch has an episode on it proving this.
Took the words right out of my mouth, almost word for word haha. Demo is great for stuff like that.

Drae wasn't saying that he didn't think you could curve a bullet; he was just saying curving it 10 times with like 6 ft gaps in between might be a little impossible.
Fun fact: The Wehrmacht developed curved barrels for the STG 44 which actually worked - Project got scratched though

Hi Drae. What I enjoy most is the parts area, you actually have to learn where things are for return grabs. Just like learning a real work space with storage and multiple parts/tools/items.
"Use only 9 stands" actually meant "Use 9 or less"
So when you did the 8 one, it also did the 9 one

This is sick Drae. Games with unique and interesting mechanics are my jam.

Cool game concept! But I do wish it represented safety a little more accurately. Don't load gun before going downrange, rockets should point up for they can become lawn darts and hurt someone.

Meats are a source of hydrocarbons! Add a bit of oxidizer and you have a halfway decent solid rocket booster. Same thing with gummy bears, sugar has lots of energy.
Great vid and I'd love to see more, really interesting game mechanics!! Hopefully they'll work out the bugs pretty quick lol!
For Drae being a Mythbusters fan, he doesn't get that all these experiments are from episodes, not just made up by the devs

You could've used poop as the rocket fuel so yes the ting next to the dumpster was poop.

It actually works in real life. DemolitionRanch has tried it. But not with that large gap between the pipes.
The projectile has to always come straight out of the pipe, alligned with the curve and with a slight angle. And the pipes have to be alligned by 0.5mm error or something.
If you have the perfect hit angle, it might go trough some of the angled pipes. But it has to be a flawless setup

By the Matrix I think you mean Wanted. Matrix did bullet time and slow-mo dodging. Wanted did bullet curving.
you can actually use salami as rocket fuel, there was an episode from Mythbusters where it was revised as plausible.

7:36 Drae adds exactly 1% too little water xD Like honestly, it looks like exactly 80/12 to me even; but its apparently just slightly under (im rly bad at judgin exact things like that, just like drae and the box fillin puzzles)

"Bending" a bullet like that absolutely would work in real life dude, Demolition Ranch did it. He even put a bent barrel on a rifle and that worked as well.

pretty sure u got the 9 challenge with 8 similar to a "score 10k points" will give you the challenge complete for any less as well in other games. Or like, you don't have to go back and earn bronze after you get a gold

Actually someone named demolition ranch did this and the curves did work

Don't believe they ever curved a bullet in The Matrix.. but I know they did in Wanted.
Was anybody else confused at Drae's confusion over the fact that the 8 pipes objective just automatically stacked with the 9 pipe objective?
I think a part was missing from the description to also say" or less".

Curving a bullet is indeed possible, Demolition Ranch did it with some weird angles, I highly recommend watching it as it's very interesting.

Although im not an expert on rocket science, i do know you want as much surface area between the fuel and oxidiser as possible, so the ring profile probably was the best option
