Have you ever try this super easy and cute butter cookies? 牛油曲奇也可以很可爱！

A little trick with the piping as well as melted chocolate turn butter cookies into cute Bear Shaped Butter Cookies. They are well-received by my kids. These cookies are buttery and crispy because of the added rice flour and you just can't get enough of it.
很受小朋友喜欢的小熊牛油饼干。可爱的造型不难做，用座融的巧克力把五官画上去就可以了O(∩_∩)O。饼干有牛油的香气，加了粘米粉，所以的它口感是偏向酥松。粉类的比例略高，饼干吃起来比较不腻口，但相对的是面糊也会比较稠，所以建议用大的裱花嘴会比较容易操作。
Ingredients：
1）Butter - 100g
2）Icing sugar - 45g
3）Egg - 25g
4）Cake flour - 120g
5）Rice flour - 20g
6）White baking chocolate
7）Dark baking chocolate

Can I ask how do you store the cookies, after decorating with the chocolate. Can I leave it over counter top, or it has to go into the fridge.

I store the cookies in air tight container and place it at cool dry place. Put a sheet of paper between each layer the cookies to ‘protect’ them
