Really fascinating video! As someone who started playing Terra Mystica online in 2020 during the pandemic, it's neat to hear more of the history behind how the game grew through the years! Particularly neat to find out that players I often encounter in Boardgamearena games in the present-day, like Xevoc, actually had a lot of involvement ten years ago when the strategic ideas were first being hashed out. I've found the community of Terra Mystica enthusiasts to be a uniquely delightful group of folks, and this video shows that's been true for even longer than I'd realized!

Time line for June/July 2024, I discover Terra Mystica after getting into Elite league in Terraforming Mars on BGA. And been fascinated and consuming all the content of TM ever since. Although I still suck, I beat medium AIs on my Ipad. History continues and this video my friend is as important as most of these TM breakthroughs.
