I'm absolutely astounded on how far you've come and how well your gardens are growing, starting again from scratch here this year, it's been tough going, some successes but many more disappointments. You guys give me hope and inspiration, wish you lived closer so I could pick your brains !
We're only 15months in to as, also started from scratch in feb/March of last year..... And lots of learning here too. Especially adapting to a harsh climate of extremes! Where, are you based, remind me?
@TheWildlandsGarden South of you on the Teijo River near Chamusça ..my garden 3 years ago was in a different spot, then last years got totally fried in new area,( I had to leave for 5 weeks as the heat hit,and the volunteer here just didn't do the planned watering).. let the goats and chickens clear it out over winter, and started again this spring. So many things started got eaten in the mini greenhouse, keeping going and learning ,did plant a load of the edible perinials, not much came up ..still working away. Budget doesn't allow for buying much more this year, will soon start winter veg things though, and next year hope for better luck. Your videos are inspiring ..will just keep plugging away, hope to get irrigation sorted soon which will be huge!! Need more shadecloth too..most expensive veg ever 😆 but its a labour of love and a great distraction from work etc.
Haha yes most expensive vege ever but getting the infra structure in hurts financially 😕 We just put up a fairly rickety shade cover over the largest part of the nursery area, as like yours many plants, we're baking.....
So many! And yes, we've recently started doing the odd market, having open days and also dropping plants to a central location which is working well 🌱☘️🌿
Great to see the progress & YAY bananas!!!
Thanks and yes so pleasantly surprised on the nana!! 🙏🍌🍌🍌

Thanks for the sub! And happy growing 🌿☘️🌱
You have so many plants. Do you have a stand at the local markets and is it successful?
