This closet is adorable. Great job. With my OCD/Virgoisms, the hangers and clothes not all facing the same direction would drive me crazy! Beautiful job none the less.
Great job on the closet -looks phenomenal! FYI; If you use the velvet covered hangers your close will lay flatter when hanging and look uniform.

Really nice I recently did this after watching your video. But I only did 3 bookcases and 1 rod as it was mainly for shoes. 1 suggestion is to get the same type of hangers for all your clothes to give it more of a boutique feel. You can get a pack of 100 for like 30 on Amazon.

GURL!!!! It's so funny that I was actually thinking about doing something like this for a temp fix in my closet until i do my ultimate makeover but I was like..... nah, it'll still be too much work. lol. And than I go on youtube and find this!! I saw your first video and now I'm here. You did a great job. You could give the look a more seemless feel by adding painted 2 inch boards flat against all the edges to give it an upgraded feel. I saw someone else do that... it almost looked like a built in. Do you plan on switching out all hangers to match? Instead of those thick plastic hangers, the thin velvet will take us less space and look more organized.
Yes!! I’ve also considered buying multi color for coordination! Do they have white velvet ones? Please tell me where you buy them? 🙏🏾
I’ve seen white velvet hangers at the At Home store and on Amazon! I did all black velvet hangers for my closet.

Hey I’ve linked those clear trays in the description box from target. I’m still looking for a way to customize a drawer size acrylic container to fit in like a drawer that I can stack on top of the silver tabs that hold the white shelves! I feel like they would totally fit in like that

The difference between using your shelving method vs the Ikea Pax pcs. is that the Pax units are deep enough to hold the entire hanger & clothing item without any portion sticking outside of the unit. If you dont mind clothes protruding out, you're good! Id already purchased Pax yesterday & considered your alternative, but I dont want my clothes exposed ( sticking out), so I think Im sticking with my Pax & putting a glam curtain over the front of it.
Yes if you have the space in your home then I’d recommend pax also but I didn’t have the room 🤷🏽♀️
@@Amorantasia1 Understood. I just have 1 Pax in my small room and 1 target/1 Walmart bookshelf. I can't have the clothes hanging out. I want to be able to cover it with a glam curtain or some doors (not sure if I want to spend on Pax doors, but I may later on down the line.

Yes! Especially if you stack them together or back to back facing opposite sides
