BOSE has been my referred sound system since the 1970's. My band was the second only band in Europe to have BOSE speakers on stage. The sound was so clearly defined that we had to re-learn to sing! 😂
I just purchased this one. My first Bose. I must say this thing is super loud n lots of bass I keep the bass all the way down and it still has bass. I mainly use it for karaoke n this thing rocks. I don’t put it that loud because it will upset my neighbors. But it’s nice to know that if your gonna have a party this Bose will handle the job. I’m super happy with my purchase n the mic transmitter is on its way!!! Great review great speaker.
It's awesome. We use it for irish flute and bodhran (drum) and it works great. We first used an older S1 version and it was very good, too, so we purchased the S1+. We are using two wireless 1/4" devices attached to K&K Sound Silver Bullet condenser mics. Highly recommended for this pair of instruments.
Good for you enjoying and owning plenty of Bose speakers. I think Bose makes very good products. And have recently raised their game with their Pro-Line of speakers and Line Arrays. Plus, if you are lucky enough to own a recent Cadillac, you know that Bose puts one hell of stereo in the Cadillac. And to me by far the best "small" sound system is a Bose Wave stereo. I think Bose does a really good job making "full range" speakers as well, like in the 901. Thanks for the video.

I play instrumental acoustic covers for weddings, I use an AER Compact 60 for my main amplification. I do own a Fishman SA330X PA system which I use for trio gigs and I am on a lookout for a portable system I can use in conjunction with my amp so I’m not having to carry my large PA for everything
You should play some commercially recorded music as sample. That's what most of us use for gigs.
Everytime i do it gets copyrighted issues

Only if you have extra spending money OR if you’re looking to buy a third s1, then yes, definitely go for it.

There’s an individual volume knob for the channel you want to use the mic with. Other than that, you may have to get a separate device
Nice review! I have the L1 pro 16 and planning to get this new s1 pro+. Can I hook them together for a stereo sound? I have a Yamaha mixer which I connect the L1 pro 16

Thanks. It doesn’t show the fast charging switch/sign like in the original s1 bcuz it has been updated to a one single button. I do notice it charge fairly quick, so I am assuming it’s an automatic feature now we don’t have to physically put it over it?

Thanks for the review. I gig with an S1Pro daily. I have to use an impedance-matching transformer to get enough volume from my microphone. I've tried different mics, with the same results, way too low of volume output, and with no phantom power on either, I'm considering going to the JBL Compact. But, I really like the Bose. Any advice?
I use the wireless hotec mic, it has some pretty significant gain and works really well good and loud

They work together when you connect them with a wire. I haven’t tried wireless. If you get another one, get the PLUS!!!!
