Derek, Good to see the 32 back on the road again. I am happy for you that the company made good & you weren't seriously injured. As you stated in this video, contact the manufacturer and be calm & nice. "You get more flies with honey, than vinegar" , as the saying goes. Rick
Hello Derick I have got up to speed on this build now. Wow so glad you are both safe and well. And also that the company was big enough to see you right. The truck is loverly. The details and the way you explained the process to get to the end result. Very inspiring. Take care Tim. O and it proves not to get your foot into it when on a shake down run.
Just two comments. Could you number the episodes, as you did with the roadster? And please please don’t say you are short on real estate. From somebody that doesn’t have a garage. (Love your layout.)
Glad to hear all went well Derek & the pickup is back together. I noticed that the driver's side headlamp took a short while to come on. Have a great weekend, all the best from the UK🇬🇧👍
Yes good eyes! The camera lady picked up on that as well. Hasn't happened again but will have to take the bulb out and check the connections to see if something is loose.
Yes and no, yes because we can drive it and it's almost complete. No because there's still work to do. We have to take the fenders off over the winter and fix the damage from the axle breaking. The interior has to be finished too.
Hi Derek, The rod is looking pretty sweet. Can not wait to see the finished product. How many test miles on it so far? Have the garage all cleaned out, just waiting for it to nest! What year is the MG Midget, Looks like my old 72?
Hi Derek, Like I was saying I had a 72 It was british racing green, Sold it at the Playland Park car show. I wasn't even trying to sell it, this older lady wanted it for her grand daughter's graduation present. That was in the mid 80's. Have a great week Derek.@@coldstreamrodshop

Derek, when I saw the truck before on the rollback I thought OMG. Glad to see it wasn't damaged worse than a couple of small bumps. Stay safe, Terry.

Hope things go well from here on in… beautiful build guys.
Thanks yes, it's going good now. I took it for a 40 mile round trip after we filmed this with no issues.
I imagine once everything is completed that a sense of anti-climax is felt

Yea, fairly quick turnaround . My mistake ,1932 not 30 , in comment earlier today on the differential shortening and 4 bar presentation .
Very nice! Will it get a hood?
Yes I have a complete hood to go on it. Just going to do a final tune on the engine and then the hood goes back on.

We have 550 miles on it now. Running very good. Hopefully finish the upholstery over the winter. The Midget is a 73.
@@coldstreamrodshop Are you sure? I thought 73's had a rubber bumper??
@@breakandrun70 it's registered as a 73. 74 had the bumperets for sure.
