Freeport next the the bridge is doing pretty decent I’ve caught 3 keepers there in the past week all 18-22 inches there aren’t many bites but the ones that did bite were maybe 15-22 inches big👍
Ha ha You're going to be best friends with those guys in no time! and good job getting that question answered, because I've been told serval times its a no go and never saw it listed as a usable bait on the regulations! I just saw a video from Greg Blanchard about stripers and they were boat fishing with a live well, i think the stringer is a lot of stress on the fish and they tend to die after awhile. So much riskier to have them like that.
I think game warden means you can use bluegill when you catch in the same area of water I went fishing in the forebay for the first time one weekend we were throwing lures meanwhile a group was using live bluegill and they were catching big ones tried chicken liver and anchovie but kept getting snags so like you gave up on that and was tossing lures then would take a break and go back to it nothing tho
Anyone around here willing to help me out? Been fishing knights landing occasionally for 6 or 7 years and only caught one striper. Im getting kind of short on patience. I know thats what fishing is about but 6 years and one fish 💀
Don't feel bad my buddy been fishing all his life and had never caught a keeper striper and like a year or so ago he finally caught a keeper large mouth
Thanks for the clarification on the law. It was perfect
Game warden: good luck
Isaac: thank you, you too!

😂
I thought that was just me who does that!!! Glad to know there’s good company! 😂 😅
Those game wardens are good for the fishermen & protecting our fisheries. I honestly wish there were more of them out & about.
Agreed i see poachers of all sorts.
Updated!!!!!! 🙏🙏🙏
Nice reel btw!

Wouldn't be an Isaac Deaver bank fishing video without the game warden cameo, lol. They never fail to show up bro.

Going there for my next video
Thanks for the info 🤙
Wheres that?
If you go to the boat launch (literally 5 minute walk) you would of been snagging catfish all day , I caught 14 cats in 2 days
I’ll try that side next time I go there
Thanks for the tip🤙
Really? What kind of bait? Been fishing this area 6 years never seen a catfish

You can use bluegills. Just can't transport them.
They? U mean the game warden lol man u a magnet for them
if you caught your limit on stringer you cant fish for that species anymore, its consider limit catch therefore game wardens will ticket you. just fyi
A stringer hurts the fish. Keepnet is better. I believe the law may fall on hurting the fishery
knights landing is haunted ass heck.. don't try night fishing..
😂
I fish before there 😂
