Anyone remember the kids cartoon. The ant and the ardvark ! It was animated and usually associated w the animated pink panther. A GREAT cartoon!

I grew up in the Karoo, South Africa. Saw plenty of aardvarks in the veld but then, spent plenty of time in the veld, growing up. 😁
We have aardvark on our property. Fossils: cannot be that old because the earth is not that old...
Only ever seen once in Pilanesberg back in the 1980s close by Bakgatla Gate the first turn off road on left hand side follows fence line around Bakgatla resort. Time close to gate closing time. Never since.
South Africa uses the metric system. I don't know why these people use feet.
