I bolted a bicycle bottle holder aft of the battery box and keep an aerosol fire extinguisher on every mower. Puzzle mat on the foot platform. I bolted a chain saw scabbard on the r frame rail, keep a hand saw in there for those nasty branches that hang in the way. The ballard stander seat on the 61". Engine aire precleaner on everything.
Thanks! Yeah the box truck setup is nice. I wanted an Isuzu NPR but this old Penske GMC fell into my lap and I had to get it. I figured this being my first box truck setup I'd see how I like it and run this for a couple of seasons and if it works nice I'd eventually get an Isuzu. Thanks for watching and commenting and have a great season!
Thanks! I'm starting this week with a couple of spring leaf and limb clean-ups and then starting my mowing season also on April 1st. Have a great season!
Thanks! The box truck setup is definitely nice. I had my local welder fabricator design and build my ramps. I showed him what I was looking for and he came up with what I have there. He gave me a lifetime warranty so if anything happens to them I just take it to him and he'll fix it. All the ramps online for sale I'd still have to get a welder to attach it to my truck so why not just have a local welder build one for me. Thanks for watching and commenting! Have a great 2024!
Thanks! I'm going into my 9th season in business. I had the idea for mowing in 2015 and I started as a side hustle in the spring of 2016. After 2 seasons of working both my full-time job and this side hustle I decided to go full-time in 2018. I love it and don't think I'll ever work for someone else again. I love my freedom too much running my own business.
Thanks for watching and commenting! Yes this is an old 2004 GMC box truck that used to be a Penske truck. I love the box truck setup. I still have my pickup truck and trailer just incase the box truck is down for any reason. Always good to have a backup plan.

Super clean setup. Much better than dragging a trailer around.
Thanks! Yeah, I don't miss those days!
Super clean shocked to see the wood floor in the truck but its better than aluminum
Very nice
Thank you!
Nice setup. Almost like my 05 isuzu box truck. I use trimmer trap though. z2 52 in and z3x 72 in. echo and sthil handhelds.

Awesome! Thank you!
That setup is awesome!
Thank you!
And I set up looking to buy me. A backpack blower may have to go all the way with the 800.
It's a nice comfortable blower and that side pull start is a game changer for residential customers.
Like this setup ✔️💯
Thank you sir! You have a great 2024 season!
@@turningoveranewleaflawncar952 Absolutely 😎
Nice set up !

Awesome setup 💯💪👍 We run a trailerless setup and Ferris mowers as well 😏☝️ Do a follow up on that new 60" for us!
Thanks man! I'll definitely do a review follow-up probably around 100 hours when it's do for it's break in check up. Have a great season!
where did you get the spare trimmer spool holder that's mounted on the shaft?
Ballard Products around $15 a couple years ago. It comes in handy.
Looks great Bill. When are you going to start cutting? My first day here in Maryland is April 1

Nice setup,I’m in the market for a similar setup. What ramp did you go with or did you have someone build them?
