Managing money is different from accumulating wealth, and the lack of investment education in schools may explain why people struggle to maintain their financial gains. The examples you provided are relevant, and I personally benefited from the market crisis, as I embrace challenging times while others tend to avoid them. Well, at least my advisor does too, jokingly.
Investors should exercise caution with their exposure and exercise caution when considering new investments, particularly during periods of inflation. It is advisable to seek guidance from a professional or trusted advisor in order to navigate this recession and achieve potential high yields.
This is superb! Information, as a noob it gets quite difficult to handle all of this and staying informed is a major cause, how do you go about this are you a pro investor?
Through closely monitoring the performance of my portfolio, I have witnessed a remarkable growth of $483k in just the past two quarters. This experience has shed light on why experienced traders are able to generate substantial returns even in lesser-known markets. It is safe to say that this bold decision has been one of the most impactful choices I have made recently.
Wow, that’s stirring! Do you mind connecting me to your advisor please. I desperately need one to diversified my portfolio.
I’ve actually been looking into advisors lately, the news I’ve been seeing in the market hasn’t been so encouraging. who’s the person guiding you?

2) You'll develop a habit of saving and investing which will continue for as long as you live.

Quick question - You've reiterated the need for compound interest but what I do not understand is where to invest the money such that the savings do get compounded? Do I invest in the stock market or mutual funds or any other means?
Yes, you can go for Mutual funds if you don't have enough knowledge on stock market, Index fund is best as the fee is relatively lowest and the market itself will give you better returns
Inflation laughing in bg😂

Inflation won’t profit as much as mutual investment. Especially in India.

5:45 when people are teaching this, they often forget the fact the 60L of that time would have much less value then it has today due to inflation, lets do some maths
if inflation is 7% in india which is very considerate value, the price of things get doubled every 10 years in india (got this by rule of 72, which check how much time it take to double the money), so after 40years 60L -> 7.5L of today, how?
60L -> after first 10y: 30L -> 15L -> 7.5L -> 3.75L
so approx 4L would be the value of 60L that you will get

I read that as secret formula to being healthy and laughed my ass out.
No if we invest 500 every month and increase it by 10% then till the 40th year, the amount will reach to 22,000₹ every month and the total amount invested in 40 years will be 3.41 cr.
And we will get 60 L in return in “profit”

Money must be spent well when young. What's the point in having crores money 50-60 years from now when you can't eat all the sugar or climb the Nilgiris or gift that thing to your bestie now? When 60, what you need are wealthy memories. Never take today for granted for tomorrows may never come. This is my grandfather's formula for being 'happy' and yes he happy. And wait...my grandfather heard about compounding in his 20s and wanted to make 10 lakh after 60 years. What would be the value of 1 crore 60 years from now? The inflation rate is touching~7% in India 🤷🏻♂️. Arguments/discussions are welcome.
Thank you so much for making these videos! Love
10 % interest in mutual funds is considered in high risk category so you have to take that also into account . BTW nice explanation.
That’s all ohk , the problem is you usually don’t get 10% Intrest PA , even if any mutual funds give .. that’s not consistent for next 35 yrs , and mutual funds are subject to market risk , means you can lose your money what ever you have invested .
And also if you count on inflation rate of 5% , that amount which we are saying is hell Lott, won’t be that much after 35 yrs , as the value of money will depreciate and cost of living will increase.
I hope you get it .
Exactly bro that's what i want to say
THINGS TO BE CONSIDERED: If you consider the discount rate of 10% (time value of money, inflation) and economic cost (opportunity cost) then the present value of that 8 Crore might be less than your principal amount today, which is again no gain. It would be better if the return is more than 20% per year, at least.
Lmao 10% discount rate. Are you stupid?
inflation rate is approximately 6%.So more or less its 4% per year
