I see a lot of commenters wanting to become cake decorator. I want to note a few things as someone who worked in a bakery. Firstly it is exciting starting out and making pretty cakes and learning various techniques. With that said, working 8 plus hours a day filling customer orders is your feet and body can hurt..your shoulders and hands from the repetitive movements.
Lastly, be prepared for happy and cranky customers!!!
These are things I was never told when I got into cake decorating.
Moreover, No matter what be kind to that cranky customer…I know it can be tough but it shows professionalism on your part if you plan to run any business!
Would you watch a cranky You’Tuber?
This lady was a joy to watch…she shows professionalism.
Just food for thought!
This is really helpful 😊 I'm a 10 year old girl and my dream is to make my own restaurant called muffin top. I'm really EXCITED!! 😁
So nice dream
Well done…practice, practice, practice and I’ll keep looking out for you. Perhaps you could start your own UA-cam channel?
Jaylynn, you are awesome! To be 10 years old and already planning your future shows that you will absolutely be successful! Wish I would have been that smart AND mature! I'm 65 now and having trouble making a sponge cake. I hope that you have many adults around you keeping you positive on chasing and catching that dream. Can you tell that I am just a little bit excited for you? lol! Good luck, sweet thing...keep following your sweet dreams!
Hi jaylyn , I’m 77 and had cafes , I’ve never lost the thrill of watching the buns rise , cafes are a wonderfull business , you set you own hours , you have no bad debts , your customers are pleased to see you and go out happy , as long as you remember that your customer is sooo important and treat them with respect and care , you will do well , I wish you all the best 8n the future shop you will own xx
#carol Wallington, I think I'm making a Yt channel when I'm 13, just for my own safety 😂
I love how you explain the smallest details for beginners!
I couldn't find the sugar water gadget on your link! I'm obsessed!
You do such LOVELY WORK!!!! Thank-You for explaining everything in detail. It can be OVERWHELMING when you're just starting out!!!!
I love you, I am starting my own cake shop here in Gambia , I am with your tutorials all day long 👌🏾

I’m American and I prefer using grams and ml so I feel your pain 😆

Another super helpful video, love the tip on icing the sides of the piping bag (and putting it in a flower vase type container when filling it),.
Love your videos. Simple and very helpful for novice bakers! 👍
She’s amazing in explaining everything! I loved her so much and glad that I came across your channel ❤️
I've just started watching your videos and I'm learning so much! I've actually been trying to learn different techniques so I can one day open a bakery in my little town but it depends on if I'm still living here by then.
I tried this recipe, and it’s SOOOOO good! Everyone loves it!
Love the way you explain it..... super simple!!!
Beautiful & looks so easy..can’t wait to try
You make it all seem soooo simple! THANK YOU for being such a great inspiration ♥️😍♥️
Honestly, this is the most helpful buttercream tutorial I have ever seen, and believe me, I've seen tons!
I’ve tried both methods using several colors and I found the plastic wrap method more reliable. All the colors come out right when you start piping. I noticed your first cupcakes only showed two colors whereas the last cupcakes showed all the colors. I do love your frosting tips. Thank you for your video! 🥰
Yeah..I don't really find the plastic wrap method to be that much trouble, myself. And it is perfect from the beginning to the end! But Georgia's did look really nice once all the colors got down there. It is so satisfying to see, I think!
Hey Georgia your first videos along with the rest are so amazing keep em coming u giving lots of ideas
Love hw simple u makes this looks. Beautful cakes
My daughters love when I make them cute cupcakes 🧁 thank you for sharing ❤️
Thank you!
Loved it!!! Beautifully implemented

You are amazing!! You make it look so easy!
Thank you for this video!! I’m excited to perfect my baking skills!!!
loving the new kitchen
Thank you so much! This was very helpful since I didn’t want to use two or three bags in one big one.
A bit of trivia: If you find a number on the inside of your scoop (especially in the U.S., and on older scoops) that number indicates how many scoops you will get out of one quart ice cream. A #8 would give you eight scoops; a #10 would give you ten scoops and so on. 🍦
nice colors and cupcakes, im learning fom this video, thanks!
I totally LOVEDCTHIS!!!!🎉
Wow...I've been trying to practice & have watched tons a videos but this was the 1st that actually helped & didn't try to over explain it to the point that it's impossible to understand at all. Thank you!
you're so welcome!
Love your videos!! So informative!
Beautifully lovely!!!
Thank you for the vase and multicolor piping technique. ❤
New subscriber! Loved this video! I was so intrigued and now I'm watching tons of your videos! Thanks for the amazing content! :)
THIS LOOKS AMAZINGGGGGG!!!!! Talented OMG!
Very good technique! I never know how to pipe😅 Now I think I am confident to will try! Thanks!
Your cakes are so good!!!
If you lay a slightly damp paper towel over the american butter cream it helps keep it from forming that crust as quickly
you are adorable! your videos are very helpful!
ah cant wait to try these with my 3 granddaughters. thanks.
OMG!! ANOTHER LOVELY VIDEO!! SO HELPFUL. BEAUTIFUL CUPCAKES..
Loved this tutorial!
Awesome! Wonderful! Have learned a lot! Thanks! 😇🙏😍
Just awesome!!!
I’m making these today, thank you ♥️ you are lovely!
I already have an update, they came out incredible! 🙏♥️♥️♥️ I never bake and so I can hardly believe I made such delicious cupcakes with my own hands in my kitchen! We will definitely be using the sponge cake recipe for everything now haha! And thank you so much for providing an icing recipe without eggs, not one of us in my family can stand to eat raw eggs 🙏 my mom immediately suggested we copy the recipe in our book. Thank you so much ♥️ if anyone happens to read, stick to the recipe strictly! I added more milk in the icing and it’s more runny than in the video. Still delicious though!
Beautiful color choices 😍
Thank you Georgia's cake....God bless you
Wow super cute i love it
TY Georgia!!! So easy to understand and cant wait to try :)

What a lovely video.Thank you💕
I really love this channel and this videos, super helpful and very fun to watch
so happy to see you again! such a cute Tshirt 😍
I love your baking pans ☺️
Georgia, I love you bunches! You are not only a phenomenal Baker, but you just seem like such a sweet, fun, life-loving person! Thank you for sharing so much with us. Now, I have to say something, and this is something I have noticed with EVERY Baker, NOT just you...I wonder if anyone realizes that the flour used for things that need rising power is called "self-RISING" flour? I hear everyone saying self-raising, but it is actually self-RISING. Just something I have noticed. Think I am wrong? Go to a grocery online and type it in and then read the bags, or you can trust me on this one. Please note: I am NOT trying to be rude or anything, it's just an observation!
Lindos adorei a dica 😍..
You should try out the Russian piping tips they make a lovely flower pattern (if you haven’t already)🍰💖🌸🌺
Love it!
Very nice idea and it's really useful 👍
Love this!!!!! Cannot wait to attempt this myself!!!
This is soooo good
Wowww
What a lovely idea
Thank you
U should have way more subscribers, also u explain it very well !!
I love your Amazing Videos, You deserve more recognition and Love than you are currently receiving from your Subscribers on your UA-cam Channel, I love you a lot Georgia. 😃
Omg I am so thankful for you because I can now do a cupcake
😍😍😍😍 , they'r soo cute! I have to make them tomorrow ( i'll try ☺)
Your cupcakes are making me hungry 😊.
I just got my Russian tips. I cant wait to try them. I seen a few different techniques of coloring besides your way. (No need for a conversion coupling) (Lay out rows of frosting in a sheet of plastic, roll it, then into a piping bag or laying I think it was gel inside the tip then the frosting.) I think your way would give a more consistent color result.
Actually, both ways work. I will say that laying out your perfect lines of buttercream and then rolling them up, all against each other gives you a cleaner line between colors. I'm not sure what you are talking about when you say something about "gel"? There is no gel inside the tip. Anyway, either method works well.
Definitely trying !
I enjoy your videos and think you’re very talented! Regards from Canada 🇨🇦☺️
Absolutely loved the rainbow piping effect, thank you! Also may I ask what lipstick you're wearing? It's stunning!! xxx
Thank you! I believe it's from MAC :)
I'm knew to your videos and recently subscribed but I agree with the other comments, you should have way more subscribers! You explain things in detail and you're so cute while doing so. In Italian there's a saying when someone comes across very sincere and it's "simpatica" which google translates to nice but it means so much more than that in Italian. Thanks for the great videos!
Thank you so much that's so sweet!!
I like this. Very helpful :)
Great tutorial!! Thank you :)
Awesome work girls
I'm not sure why,but I'm truly loving the shirt miss.
CupCakes in Canada are on fire!!! That's what most people bring to any party nowadays and so many people place orders for "cupcake birthdays:"...for both children's and adults parties.
There are so many cupcake bakeries...they're mad for cupcakes here. I prefer making full cakes...but cupcakes are pretty decadent too! YOURS ARE BEAUTIFUL Georgia!!!!!
I Love you😍💗😘💗💗💗😍😍😍😍
Your videos are so inspiring to me! They motivate me! Please keep posting ! I eagerly await your next video and I think you deserve so many more subscribers!

Thanks for the decorating secrets. You make it look so easy. I can't wait to try it myself. I'm making Easter cupcakes. I hope they look as pretty and delicious as yours.
