Hi, i will be staying at this hotel next year and maybe you can help me answer a question. I'm a Platinum member at Accor Hotel so i'm granted access to the club lounge. I would like to know if the footage of the breakfast that you filmed came from the lounge club or from the breakfast buffet. Did you try both? When we have access to the club lounge breakfast, can we have also access to the buffet? I suppose you have more choice of food at the buffet but i might be wrong. Thanks for you answer 💁♀️🙏
Hello! Thanks for watching! To be honest with you, I am not so familiar with the Accor programs but I’ll tell you what I now. First of all, the breakfast I had was a buffet, not part of the lounge. The reason why I has access to both is that my friend booked a room with a promotion which came with the breakfast AND lounge access. Now, assume that Accor would have similar policies as other hotel programs i.e.) Hyatt, Hilton, etc., you’ll probably get the lounge breakfast as per the Platinum member benefits. I’ve not had experience where the hotel has both longe and buffet gives you both options for complementary breakfast benefit. It usually limits only to lounge unless the hotel does not have lounge at the property. Hope this helped and enjoy your trip!

Our room was a Prestige Suite room. I would recommend this hotel “if” the room rate isn’t issue for you and you don’t want to do typical sightseeing in Seoul. It is a nice hotel, but also bit far from center of Seoul. Enjoy your trip and excuse for late reply. Myself just came to Korea and I was adjusting to this wetter and time differences lol
My room rate included breakfast at the restaurant. I don’t know if the lounge access alone guarantees the breakfast but any hotel lounges give you something for the breakfast so most likely they’ll give you breakfast at the lounge…?

IMO all ambassador group’s Accor hotels has bigger rooms than most Accor that I’ve stayed.

I personally liked it a lot but I guess it depends on how much you’ll have to pay more.
